The hotel room is quite decent, not big but neat and clean. The breakfast is also quite satisfactory. Chinese people may be a little uncomfortable with it due to their eating habits, but it is still very good for locals. The location is very good and convenient for travel. It is more convenient to take the No. 2 light rail to the center of Bursa.

Very modern, clean hotel with great amenities. Gym, pool, sauna and hot mineral pool were all amazing. Room was spacious, well decorated, super clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Location is across from many restaurants and a couple of big malls. No complaints. There was no loud music as noted in other reviews. Very satisfied with my stay!

My family and I stayed here for 3 weeks while my mother was recovering from an operation and we had the best experience ever! Every single person we met was so kind and helpful and truly went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and worry-free as possible. We had many different requests (changing rooms, using conference room, etc.) and were never made to feel like a burden or nuisance. The rooms are extremely clean and organized and the staff speak multiple languages so communicating is very easy. Special thanks to Khaled, Mert, Cenk, Nihat, and many amazing team members whose names I did not catch for assisting us so much and making our stay so wonderful. I cannot recommend this hotel and its incredible staff enough, they truly make you feel like family and I will definitely stay here whenever I visit Bursa!

I made a reservation on the internet before I left İzmir. I left İzmir and I reached the location at 21:00 p.m., but they said free parking. I wanted to ask the parking place on the ground because I was a foreigner, not an open description. Come on, my friend, I got to answer. I canceled the reservation and I had to come to another hotel. This is a very cruel and inquality. It's a place that shouldn't be left.

The hotel is simple and They have the Rooms of Stander. They have an apartment of 3 rooms, a lounge, two bathrooms and an American kitchen. In large size the apartment third floor and the smallest first floor Their booking is directly identical to the online booking sites this hotel will meet you a day if your trip is fast and low or hard work or waiting for a hotel room that does not have a reservation on your arrival date or your apartment is renovated and modified The place is quiet and has outdoor tables and a garden to sit in because the apartments don't have a balcony الشقه مكانها فوق ب شكرجا هدوء مكانها مرتبه الشقه توفي الغرض ان كان عندك ححز بفندق. مافي حجز فل وتنتظر يفضى الفندق او شقه فيها ترميم وتعديل او زياره سريعه او عمل مكان مرتب صراحه وهدوء وسعر زين مقابل الموقع والهدوء الرسبشين ودودين حبيبين الححز عن طزيقهم مباشر او من الان لاين مطابق للسعر مشي الى حديقة لونابارك ٤٥ دقطقه او السياره ٥ دقايق

We came here as a first visit to Bursa- this hotel is in an absolutely stunning location , just a few minutes walk from all the shops , cafes , bakerys. The hotel is beautifully designed and rich in history linked to the silk road (ipekyolu) We loved our time here , and Mustafa - a staff member- helped us in every way that he could. Thank you so much for making it such a cosy and enjoyable stay , we loved it here. Çok teşekkür ederiz!!!
