Perhaps our stay was off-season, but all of the hotel's services were easily accessible. No wellness, no restaurant and breakfast was an absolute tragedy. The furniture in the room was falling apart. TV, air conditioning and water supply did not work. Far and wide no possibilities to do anything. We were very disappointed. So far the worst hotel we had booked.

In every aspect, I can comfortably advise this hotel for everyone. Hotel’s design, rooms’ desing, breakfast, pool, location and environment. All of them was great. Guest pleasure is pretty important in terms of all staffs. Price/Performance wonderful.

It is the only hotel we pass by every time we come to Bursa. Relevance, welcome and farewell is really super. I've always liked boutique hotels instead of resorts. Because attention is related to food, cleanliness is important. I congratulate all the managers and staff who have contributed to the hotel's success.

Hoteli çok beğendim tam kafa dinlemelik huzur var burda.Odası kahvaltısı havuzu mükemmel. Ayrıca Otantik Club Hotel Botanik Parkı içinde ayrı bir güzellik nefes alabileceğiniz bir mekan. Başta resepsiyon memuru Özgür Beye ve hotel çalışanlarına emeklerine ve bana göstermiş olduğu ilgi alakalarına sonsuz teşekkür ediyorum.
