I have been to many hotels as a usual traveler but this one was so unique .The hotel has a very good location , close to everywhere : mini bus , bus , restaurants, Gorukle center , Trio AVM , the stuff gave me a very nice room , very clean , they are ready to help anytime , the staff can speak English , I found all amenities I need with extra as well , they even offer a good and rich breakfast, the view is just wonderful from the 6 th floor , there a relief once you go inside the room , so calm and so relaxing, they take all cautions due to the pandemic . I would give all stars to this hotel , an amazing stay , I would come here again for sure , I love it .

Breakfast was exceptional not like any other hotel i have visited. Baggage service was very helpful. SPA and swimming pool were very good entertainment for all of us. Room service are the invio soldiers of the hotel and are the basis of our comfort during our stay.

There are two large hot spring pools. The temperature is slightly warm at 40 ℃. Although it is a little far from the center (Kozahan and Urjamy), there is no problem if you use a taxi (about 20 lira) or Dolmush. There are many restaurants and shops in the downtown area. Breakfast was abundant and delicious.

Yurt içi, yurtdışı bir çok spa gördüm hepsinin kendine has bir konsepti var. Ama nedense burada hiç bir konsept yok ne müzik, ne tütsü kokusu hiç bir şey yok. Resepsiyonda bizi karşılayan ve tesis hakkında bilgi veren hanım hariç yüzü gülen kimse yok. Spa ambiyansı adına danışmanlık almanızı tavsiye ederim. Bunların hepsi geliştirilebilir ancak orada çalışanlara bağırıp duran elindeki eşyaları gözümüzün önünde sağa sola vuran Hanım orada çalışmaktan pek hoşnut değil gibi geldi bana. Ben spa ya rahatlamaya, stresimden arınmaya gelirken masaj odasına kadar gelen azarlama sesleri beni rahatsız etti. O kırmızı pantolonlu hanım orada oldukça da bir daha geleceğimi sanmıyorum.

Going for a ski vacation, so I came to the hotel at night, and the first thing I saw was the heat, but there was no heating system, so the air conditioner couldn't heat it. I was sick in my room, not on the ski slopes. First of all, the staff were very interested in us. They bring tea or coffee whenever you want and when they see I have a thermos they fill my thermos with tea, for free. The hotel is newly built, so everything in the room is new. Room toilet is clean. But room heating has air conditioning. That could be a long time. The dining room was cold.
