"Location, pool and hot tub were the best parts of our experience. However The Hilton was not able provide the king room we had booked and paid for. We were put in a room with two double bed. The fridge in the the room had found a half bitten bun in it and there was also a dirty face towel on one of the beds."
"There are many shops around the hotel, especially near wholesale, shopping and eating are convenient. There are no slippers in the room, which is not convenient for taking a shower. Compared with the room price, the facilities are relatively simple"

"The bed is big, the room is big, the bathroom is spacious, the parking lot is very ample, and there are two large squares opposite, which is very convenient for eating and using. This is Richmond, the price is very European, and it is trustworthy"
"The hotel had a lot of outside work going on.
The noise wouldn’t stop from 9:00 am onward and was very annoying.
You couldn’t even stay in your room and had to get out to avoid the noise.
The sauna and hot tub was not even working.
Didn’t enjoy much"
"Visit with granddaughter. Hotel is perfectly located for our needs. Close to shopping and close to Sky Train station for easy access to downtown Vancouver. Streets are cleaner and safer than downtown Vancouver. This is our go to hotel when we visit the Vancouver area."
"This 38-day independent trip to Canada has been planned for a long time. It finally happened on July 13. The first stop is Vancouver, where I will stay for 9 days. On Trip, I booked two rooms at the Royal Mansion B&B, which is less than 1 kilometer away from the Metrotown MRT station. , with good environment and convenient transportation, I will definitely stay here next time I visit Vancouver."

"The hotel did not provide breakfast. There is a safeway nearby. It is open until 11 pm. It takes 15 minutes to walk from the subway station. There is an underground car park. There is also a bus to the city."

EElizziThere was no food! Lol .... the housekeeping walked into my room without knocking just after 10am ... very rude and inappropriate.... especially since checkout is not until 11 am .... as well when I tried to call the front desk the phone wasn't working....
