Stayed here to visit the Biltmore. The hotel was crowded when I checked in so I got a room facing the parking lot which was loud and uncomfortable. When I spoke to the manager after staying overnight, he was conciliatory and moved us to a nicer room on a higher floor with a nice view and included breakfasts which I hadn’t included in my booking. I ended up really pleased with the hotel and stayed an extra night. The breakfast buffet server was so nice and remembered my beverage the next morning. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The room was pretty good, but the window air conditioner was noisy at night and a bit cold when it was turned off. The bathroom is very spacious, but the sink is a bit small and water easily splashes out. The floor of the shower room is non-slip and wear-resistant, which is good.

Gorgeous property, very quiet and very convenient location. The restaurant was overpriced and the food was not very good, but that would be my only complaint. Very clean rooms and everything was very inviting. Would definitely stay again.

We chose this spot weeks in advance as the turnaround point for a long family trip to drop off a kid at camp nearby.
We had two features we were booking based off and called ahead - a pool for the kids and access to a universal charging port for car. This one promised both. Great relief and easy pick.
The pool was drained and charging was unavailable.

The only reason I gave the 5 stars I did is because of the gentleman that checked us in. I don’t remember his name but he had a ponytail. He was very accommodating with everything even though we got in late. The rest of the staff acted like we were none existent. Which were the two ladies in the dining area when we went to breakfast (they cared more about their personal conversation than if we needed anything) and the larger gentleman that was wearing a blue shirt (he was in and out of the dining are as well and didn’t even say a word to us, even though he seemed to be in charge). The bad rating for the facilities is because the pool was not open.

The rooms were very musty and dirty. Not sure if it’s because we were in a pet friendly room or not. There is wallpaper in the bathroom with no ventilation fan. The walls are very thin and could hear other people talking and dogs barking near us. For the price paid, the rooms should be much cleaner. Would not recommend.
