A bit disappointed, Booked 2 rooms on the trip app but when checking in customer service informed that the booked room was empty and offered another room with an additional fee of 100 thousand, we could have refused but because it was already night with a heavy heart we agreed. The guesthouse is new so it is still clean but the facilities are not complete such as TV.
