We stayed on 23rd - 25th December 2023. It was a full booked so when we asked for an extra towel was rejected. But what very dissapointment was dishonest staffs and also a rude sales person name Fredi. We left behind our belongings ie. A neck pillow and a jacket both owned by my daughter's were left in the room. The jacket was hang in the cupboard and the neck pillow was under the blanket when we left them. We had already arrived in Padang when we realized it so we called the receptionist and text message to Fredi. Within 15 mins they said there was not any left belongings behind from room 601. It was our mistake to left behind stuffs but never had experience and rude staff with any hotels we stayed before. A warning to stay with Santika's chain next!!!!

Strategic location about 700 meters from the clock gagang. For the price not expensive, the equipment is pretty okay. Coffee, tea, mineral water are available. The room is quite clean although the bathroom has cracked parts in the sink and bathtub. Aircond is cold, hot water is very ok. The disadvantage on the tv channel is that it is very difficult to connect the internet to be able to watch. Breakfast is all choices from bread to rice, but the amount is not much. It feels surprisingly very okay for the size of a simple hotel that I didn't expect much. The drink options are also juice, white water, tea and coffee are also available. Market snacks, bread, porridge, lontongs, rice, noodles, sausages are also available. Breakfast is on the rooftop with a pretty beautiful view. Recommended for low budget but want to enjoy the holiday without complaints.

Good location, staff are friendly to all. The bathroom interior is nice and clean, the restaurant is also pretty good although it is minimalist, full food, but unfortunately the downstairs room we stayed in, in addition to musty, there is also a lot of dust causing coughing and flu for us who are allergic to dust ,,like a room that has not been used for 😷
