Lizard dropped on my hand as I was sitting on the bed. The curtains were torn/cut on the trims and not presentable and old. Shower not warm or hot. Water was not flowing out to drain in the shower and slow. Picture shows room was moderately spacious but was otherwise. Outcome was otherwise.

Not bad but smaller than E Red Perda, satisfied stay and clean and cosy environment

Helped my family booked this hotel and they like it, walking distance to restaurants. Great location and near to Icon Mall.

My recent visit to E red hotel penang was an plasent experience, fast chek in clean room and friendly staff would definetly visit in the near future🫰🏻

The room emits a terrible smell, something like moldy smell, the hotel tries to mask it with air fresher instead of addressing the source of the mold.

Pro: spacious room with extra pillows Cons: AC working poorly, and the tv is placed on the side ( weird for me)

The hotel is strategically located in Bukit Mertajam. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean with all the necessary basic amenities. Disposable toothbrush is even provided. It is a good hotel to stay just to bunk in for a good night sleep.

Unfriendly receiptionist served. Poor sound insulation, you may listen to the next room sound if you're light sleeping person.

Nice location to stay. Very comfortable and quiet stay. Nearer to necessity providers.
