"A wonderful hotel, an oriental fairy tale, the design is thought out to the smallest detail. The breakfast is delicious, home-style, there is a coffee machine, the coffee is delicious. The room is clean. The owners are trying very hard to please, to help. There are a few downsides (there is no hair conditioner in the room, the mattress is hard), which they promised to fix in the future, but this did not spoil our stay and impression of the hotel and Bukhara in any way ❤️ I definitely recommend the hotel!"

"The hotel front desk staff didn't speak English very well (except for the manager on the morning shift). On the morning of the first day after I arrived, I paid USD 15 to the front desk manager to arrange a car to take me to the train station on the day of my departure (04:15 in the morning), but in the end, no car was arranged for me. The room is big, bright and clean, but the shower is only on the ceiling, which is not ideal. The restaurant staff is attentive and friendly, remembering guests' needs"

"A wonderful hotel, literally five minutes from the old town. We were given a large room for two, with four beds. The room and bathroom are authentic, in Uzbek style. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable, and there are blankets in the closet. The bathroom has a bathtub, not a shower, and shower gel, shampoo, and a toothbrush are provided. The linens and pillows are crisp white. The receptionists are professionals, very polite, and always ready to help and advise. The breakfasts are delicious: porridge, omelets, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, meat, cheese, vegetables, pancakes, stuffed pancakes, syrniki, sweets, fruit, and delicious coffee. Everything is fresh. The room is clean, with no musty or damp smell, and the air conditioning is quiet. Thank you to the staff for such amenities and their excellent service. Bukhara – you are wonderful! We will come back and only here!"

"I seldom give bad reviews and I actively encourage businesses to write truthful experiences. This hotel has no integrity. I couldn't cancel the payment after it had been paid, and I informed the hotel during the day that the bus would arrive a little later in the evening and they must keep the room I booked. The room I booked was a little unique and new, but when I arrived and checked in at 10 pm, the hotel directly informed me of the water pipe problem and arranged me to the nearby Komil boutique hotel. The triple room was extremely shabby! This is too much. They saw that I was tired and told the hotel to reserve a room for me during the day. Why didn’t they explain the situation and put me in another hotel without permission? They didn’t tell Ctrip or ask me. I informed the agent about the situation but he didn’t cooperate with me and gave me a bad review! There are too many tourists in Bukhara. The hotel feels fully booked under the sun during the day. The hotel's attitude towards doing business is very strong! The actual travel experience in Bukhara is not good. Stay for one night at most and leave. It is enough to sell goods everywhere! Besides, they replaced my shower head with another hotel's without my permission, there was no toothbrush or toilet paper, the air conditioner took a long time to cool, there were only two sockets, and the lights were not bright enough! The wooden floor of the room creaks and the old building looks unmaintained. Very few bad reviews were given to these two hotels! The rooms in the old city here are colorful and look good in photos, but the actual hardware is very poor. Special thanks to Ctrip for its active participation in the middle of the night and for offering to change me to a nearby hotel. However, since it was past midnight, the hotel system could not place the order, so I was tired and overcame it. After staying for one night, Ctrip waived half of the room fee. The key point is that I am satisfied with the online customer service staff of Ctrip Hotel. They are proactive and quick in dealing with things. They are always online and cooperate with their team. It's really good. Remember to take the small white receipt when checking out, which is the tax bill!"

The service at the restaurant was warm and attentive. Special praise goes to the young waiter who welcomed us with a friendly demeanor when we arrived early in the morning, straight from the airport. His hospitality set a positive tone for our stay. The SPA and swimming pool facilities were well-maintained, providing a relaxing escape. However, the water in the pool was colder than expected, which slightly detracted from the overall experience. Regarding the room, or more accurately, rooms, they were consistently clean and tidy. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning in the first room assigned to us—the heating wasn’t functioning properly. After enduring three hours in an uncomfortably cold room, we informed the reception. The staff responded promptly and professionally, showing us three alternative rooms while sincerely apologizing for the inconvenience. One was of the same category (Classic room), while the other two were Superior rooms, offering more space and better views. We appreciated the opportunity to upgrade and chose one of the Superior rooms. However, when it came to preparing the new room—specifically rearranging the twin beds into a king-size configuration—the housekeeping staff seemed less accommodating. Their attitude was noticeably negative, which was disappointing given the otherwise high level of service throughout the hotel. Despite this hiccup, our stay was enjoyable. The hotel's location is slightly removed from the city center, but it’s easily accessible either by a 15-20 minute walk or a very affordable taxi ride. In summary, while there were a few minor setbacks, the hotel offered a comfortable and memorable stay, with standout service in the restaurant and thoughtful amenities throughout. PS please change the slippers as they are cheap and uncomfortable."

"Pros - Great location, easy to walk to various tourist spots. - Free shuttle service between the station and the hotel, even early morning if requested in advance. - Breakfast is provided if you need to check out early. - Breakfast portions are generous and satisfying. - Although the listing stated ”no air conditioning,” the room did have air conditioning. - Clean rooms. - Hot water in the shower. - Quiet, no noise. - The courtyard, where breakfast is served, has a lovely atmosphere. Cons - Single rooms are a bit cramped, with king-size beds filling the room. If I had to pick a con, it would be the one mentioned above. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel and I don't think I'd regret staying there."

В номере есть холодильник, чайник, чай, кофе, вода, тапочки, халат, все принадлежности для душа. Кровать большая с мягким комфортным матрасом. Завтрак вкусный, хороший выбор, есть кофемашина, что удивило. Отель рекомендую!"
