"A wonderful hotel, an oriental fairy tale, the design is thought out to the smallest detail. The breakfast is delicious, home-style, there is a coffee machine, the coffee is delicious. The room is clean. The owners are trying very hard to please, to help. There are a few downsides (there is no hair conditioner in the room, the mattress is hard), which they promised to fix in the future, but this did not spoil our stay and impression of the hotel and Bukhara in any way ❤️ I definitely recommend the hotel!"

"A wonderful hotel, literally five minutes from the old town. We were given a large room for two, with four beds. The room and bathroom are authentic, in Uzbek style. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable, and there are blankets in the closet. The bathroom has a bathtub, not a shower, and shower gel, shampoo, and a toothbrush are provided. The linens and pillows are crisp white. The receptionists are professionals, very polite, and always ready to help and advise. The breakfasts are delicious: porridge, omelets, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, meat, cheese, vegetables, pancakes, stuffed pancakes, syrniki, sweets, fruit, and delicious coffee. Everything is fresh. The room is clean, with no musty or damp smell, and the air conditioning is quiet. Thank you to the staff for such amenities and their excellent service. "I seldom give bad reviews and I actively encourage businesses to write truthful experiences. This hotel has no integrity. I couldn't cancel the payment after it had been paid, and I informed the hotel during the day that the bus would arrive a little later in the evening and they must keep the room I booked. The room I booked was a little unique and new, but when I arrived and checked in at 10 pm, the hotel directly informed me of the water pipe problem and arranged me to the nearby Komil boutique hotel. The triple room was extremely shabby! This is too much. They saw that I was tired and told the hotel to reserve a room for me during the day. Why didn’t they explain the situation and put me in another hotel without permission? They didn’t tell Ctrip or ask me. I informed the agent about the situation but he didn’t cooperate with me and gave me a bad review! There are too many tourists in Bukhara. The hotel feels fully booked under the sun during the day. The hotel's attitude towards doing business is very strong! The actual travel experience in Bukhara is not good. Stay for one night at most and leave. It is enough to sell goods everywhere! Besides, they replaced my shower head with another hotel's without my permission, there was no toothbrush or toilet paper, the air conditioner took a long time to cool, there were only two sockets, and the lights were not bright enough! The wooden floor of the room creaks and the old building looks unmaintained. Very few bad reviews were given to these two hotels! The rooms in the old city here are colorful and look good in photos, but the actual hardware is very poor. Special thanks to Ctrip for its active participation in the middle of the night and for offering to change me to a nearby hotel. However, since it was past midnight, the hotel system could not place the order, so I was tired and overcame it. After staying for one night, Ctrip waived half of the room fee. The key point is that I am satisfied with the online customer service staff of Ctrip Hotel. They are proactive and quick in dealing with things. They are always online and cooperate with their team. It's really good. Remember to take the small white receipt when checking out, which is the tax bill!"

"The hotel front desk staff didn't speak English very well (except for the manager on the morning shift). On the morning of the first day after I arrived, I paid USD 15 to the front desk manager to arrange a car to take me to the train station on the day of my departure (04:15 in the morning), but in the end, no car was arranged for me. "A perfectly wonderful hotel, leaving perfectly wonderful memories! The Lyabi House Hotel is three steps from the Lyabi House in the old historic city of Bucharest. It is narrow streets between the narrow houses, most often other hotels, and cars are not driving here. So the taxi driver left us near the edge of the old city and we rolled our suitcases to the hotel. Apparently, the Lyabi House Hotel is a re-made hotel with a former madress. A small part of the hotel is occupied by the Ivan restaurant, which seems to be preparing predominantly European dishes, but at lunch you can get to the bucharsky plum, which is not on the menu. Location right next to the tourist center is the undoubted advantage of the hotel. It was very convenient to walk from it to the nearest sights that are in excess. We also walked to the Samonid Park and the Ark Fortress. The room was convenient for us, the windows went out to the inner courtyard, from which the curtains could be fenced. Wi-Fi worked well. The only thing in minus I can record is that the extract-ventilator in the sink worked loudly and was turned on along with the light, and that there was no place in the sink to hang two sets of towels - lacked hooks or something else where it was possible Put 4 towels. But it's small. We really enjoyed staying and resting in this hotel, thank you!"
