"The breakfast was normal, the front desk guy had a good service attitude and helped print the next flight ticket. It was very convenient to visit the attractions around, and restaurants and supermarkets were very close. The only bad thing was the elevator, which was very slow"
"the most beautiful hotel in Latin America i had ever visited!! big, spacious room with very high ceilings, pretty renovated, I highly recommend this place!! the employees speak English and always stay in touch to help with any question.
the location is also good, close to the old center of Buenos Aires. i would go back to this place again 🥺"
"The reception staff were extremely helpful, the location is fantastic with the surrounding area full of bars, plazas and restaurants.
Many attractions are walking distance.
The room itself, it's more like a small apartment, was terrific... plenty of space to hang out in if you didn't feel like eating out every night (we didn't) and all of the expected amenities."
"The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy. Fully equipped including kitchen and kitchenware. The location is very good, just in the city center, there is a big shopping center nearby. We stayed for a week"
"Very quiet at night, very comfortable with an open-air balcony, great location, many supermarket restaurants around. The floor of the room is a little dusty, but it does not affect the overall accommodation experience. It is more suitable for passengers who stay for several days. The kitchenette can get some things to eat. The spare parts provided are the simplest basic, but the smell of shampoo, hair care, and shower gel is very relaxing.
The only drawback is that the way and process of check-in are very crashing. I almost have to give up and change to other homes. Because the two indoor phones on the hotel notification letter cannot be dialed, the reservation number of the network check in is also wrong, resulting in the inability to check in online. At the beginning, the platform side could not get a connection until I asked for a refund, because my arrival time had exceeded the front desk off work time (5:00 pm), and it was impossible to process the check-in after arriving at the scene. Fortunately, the platform side helped me get the accommodation side's what's app. The accommodation party should provide what's app directly in the first notification letter, which is convenient for instant contact, otherwise for tourists who have been flying and transiting, they can only connect through the indoor phone, and no one will serve after the time, which is really inconvenient."
"The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in"
"I stayed here for two nights while sightseeing in Buenos Aires, and it was a very comfortable stay. First of all, the location was great, within walking distance to the city center, the room was clean, and the room was properly made every day. It was also quiet at night, so I slept soundly. It would have been even better if there weren't any money changers yelling outside, haha."
"The staff is warm and polite. You can return the money by turning left and walking a few steps out of the apartment. There are many retail stores around, so it is convenient to buy fruits and vegetables and supermarkets. The apartment is equipped with kitchenware such as dishes, so you can cook, which I like very much."
"The hotel is located near the obelisk with lots of food options. As the building seems quite old, there’s a lot of squeaky sounds made when people upstairs walk around which may affect light sleepers. There are small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, comb, shower cap, sanitary bag, cotton pad provided. There’s also shower gel and body lotion and other amenities maybe but those were not provided in my room when I checked in and I only found out when I saw the house cleaning cart. No hot water kettle is in the room, no tissue paper, no complimentary water, no usb charging port. The shower door cannot close properly so water splashes out. The pool is closed during winter which is sad as I chose this hotel to have a pool to swim. Florencia at the reception was extremely helpful and helped me with money exchange too (very good rates available)! Thanks"

Amazing
LLiWe stayed at a loft room in Morden Apartment for 6 nights and we extended our stay for 7 nights .We are very happy with our choice.
Location: Perfect! It is located in a very nice neighborhood. We worked remotely and the WiFi was working perfectly fine for our work. There are plenty of green space outside the building for excises and walking. The ecological reserve is 5 minutes walking distance. Jumbo supermarket and an Asian grocery store ( Hawaii Market) are steps away. 10 minutes Uber to major historical sites. We walked to visit them most of the time.
Room condition: Spacious, clean, well maintained.
Service: We communicate with our host via WhatsApp for all the online checking in and other information. Very prompt response and efficient communication.
Breakfast: The breakfast is in a restaurant in the corner of the building. Starting at 8:30am. The menu is fixed and you have four options. No fruit. It’s good enough for us. Coffee is great!
We highly recommend it for your visit in BA.

Amazing
GGuest UserHow a hostel should be run. One of the best I've ever stayed in, in 20 years of travelling. Curtains, charger, light and a lock box for every bed. Large lockers in the room. Rooms are super spacious. They have individual safety boxes with a password in the reception area and a camera watching them so you can leave valuables.
Fastidiously clean. Cleaned multiple times a day. All sheets, curtains are super clean. Many large, private bathrooms around the hostel with free soap, shampoo, conditioner.
Activities almost everyday ranging from empanada and mate making to tango lessons.
A wide range of common areas: 2 large, clean well stocked kitchens, a quiet room, a work room, a garden. Free water dispensers.
Incredibly friendly and helpful staff 24/7.
Safe because you need to buzz in every time. Someone is there 24/7.
Right next to Florida Calle for money changing.
Closest subway is 2 minutes away.
Lots of shops, restaurants super close by. Including a really great, affordable, vegetarian self service place and a really nice restaurant with great meat where you get a discount for being a hostel customer.
I stayed there initially and went back after a trip to Patagonia. They let me leave my luggage while I was in Patagonia.
Sorry for the long review but having travelled a lot and stayed in many hostels, I was really impressed with how this hostel was run. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it. Thanks Che Juan Hostel.

MMikhail GraboI had the pleasure of staying at Palacio Hotel, and it was a delightful experience . The staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home.
Receptionists Lourdes and Camila made my stay at a Palacio Hotel a memorable experience. Their dedication to providing outstanding service is a testament to their hard work and passion for their roles. I highly recommend this hotel, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by these two remarkable receptionists. The room and bathroom were modern, spacious, clean, and, with stunning views of the San Martin Square and Palace .
I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, hotel restaurant is reasonably priced, with high quality of food and with a good service
The hotel's location is. perfect, just on a San Martin square, near the subway station and bus tourist stop .Overall, I highly recommend Palacio Hotel for anyone looking for Central, , convenient location to explore Buenos Aires .

LLilashaktiThe hotel doesn’t have a front desk, make sure you book in advance and contact them through the app to get your access keys codes.
Their registered phone number on trip doesn’t work and they will send you a message that the number is compromised.
The hotel name isn’t reflected on the building name, follow their picture to locate it.
The facility is decently maintained, we didn’t see traces of humidity such as fungus or paint peeling.
The toilet sink needs to be unclogged.
Towels, Shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, toilet paper are provided, but no other toiletries.
Kitchen has basic utensils, no microwave.
The place is warm with direct sunlight.
It has two AC with hot air that work well.
It has a nice balcony area.
Not much noise from the road at night, at least it didn’t disturb me personally.
There is a screen person who reminds everyone to close the door at the main entrance.
I didn’t meet the staff in person but exchange communication trough the app and email provided by them for registration and others.
I would stay again.

SshawndaikiLocation, location, location.
Excellent Punto cafe across the road, a Western Union branch round the corner, police station 2-3 blocks down, lotsa grocery stores around you, walking distance to San Telmo market, location is Babel Studio’s greatest advantage.
The other thing about location would be Argentinian late night party culture, you may not get a good nights sleep.
Clean and spacious room, reliable AC, hot water and pressure, it ticks the boxes for what one would expect in a stay. The only improvement I would hope for is to adjust the shower head holder, I’m 6 ft and can reach it comfortably but for someone shorter it might be a stretch.
Also the monochrome design is modern and attractive but the white lighting makes the room feel harsh on the eyes. Warm lighting would do wonders for the space.
We did not have a smooth check in experience and was stranded outside for 15 min until another guest let us in as they were leaving. Would be good to receive check in info prior to the stay as the reception is not manned round the clock.
Overall a pleasant stay and highly recommend.
MMun KaikThe room is equipped with kitchen appliances and all necessary tools for cooking. Overall the stay is wonderful, the location is perfect, easy access to tour buses, uber, train station and walking distance to few local attractions. The area is touristy with numbers of restaurants and bars nearby. You can also find many groceries stores nearby if you plan to cook. The check in and check out was easy with codes. The room also equipped with bathtub and bidet. I could say the best if you are travelling in group or looking for the best of value. They don’t have room clean up daily but they do come daily to check on you if you need anything such as toilet paper etc, alternatively it is quite easy to ask them for it if you need anything. Highly recommended hotel here. They don’t speak fluent English but overall I am able to communicate with them. Also to mention, the view from balcony is excellent. However, it is very important to ask in advance the requirements and your expectations because it is not considered a hotel, but more on apartment style.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located close to the center. Decent food but little selection for breakfast. Fairly clean rooms, but their standard leaves much to be desired 🤨 the photos of the room are well tweaked 😉

Ainda assim, indico.

LLady Kwenadi🚫 SCAM ALERT at Art Factory Soho, Buenos Aires 🚫
While staying at Art Factory Soho in Buenos Aires, a man contacted me via WhatsApp and told me I had to pay $50 before he would give me the code to my room.
I asked other people who had stayed there, and they all confirmed: no one else had to pay any $50. That’s when I realized — this man was trying to scam me.
This kind of thing should never happen at a hotel. There was no warning, no protection, and no accountability. I would not recommend staying here. You should feel safe when you travel — not targeted.
I have attached screenshots for proof.
