The only common area it has is the reception.
Honestly, I booked because I thought there was a terrace and a pool as they appear in the photos but they don't have it and I was asked if the area was closed and she told me that it didn't exist.
Also the day I arrived there was a protest and I am very close to the center which is an advantage and disadvantage at the same time.

The location is great, right next to the world's widest road (Av. 9 del Julio), and very close to the main city center, within walking distance, and next to the 24-hour Carrifour supermarket.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, not even a B&B. The towels in the room were dirty and yellowed, and the staff who checked in at night did not speak English at all and had poor attitudes. No toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, not even shower gel! The key card always fails to open the door, which is too bad.
