Strongly disappointed by my stay at Bedford.
At first glance everything looks as it should, but little by little you realise that it's a little rough on most edges:
1) No fridge in the room (there hilariously is a drawer that we can see used to contain a fridge, but is empty now)
2) No basic coffee machine/ water kettle for tea
1) hairdryer needed to be kicked a few times before working
Works on the building were noisy and start early in the morning.
On both days, the cleaning ladies keep on knocking on doors as of 8AM to clean the rooms, even though check out is at 12!
This made me have to rush out of the room, and I lost a pair of headphones in the process.
1 hours after leaving the premises, I realised what happened and called the reception immediately. they redirected me to an email address, by which I've been ghosted for 3 days now.
Sounds like a "me" problem more than a Bedford one, but they could at least tell me what's happening with the found items. here, just makes it look like organised theft by their cleaning staff.
