They didn't send the codes to access the rooms. I tried to call them but a very rude lady straight hung up the phone. I couldn't call them back to get the access codes. I stood there waiting for 3 hours and then decided to go to another hotel. The cherry on top is they refused to refund me and they refuse to answer my phone calls and emails. I am taking this to the Belgian authorities because this seemed like a scam.

The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Changed our accommodation location without specifically giving a new address. The new location was not liveable. Mould in shower, couch cushions as bed pillows, a broken lamp, chair and window just left in the room. Left the property and informed them that we would stay at a different hotel. Still following up for a refund 2 months later, citing they are awaiting updates from relevant services. Only contact when I reach out to them. Do not waste your time/money staying here.

3 room flat, for 6 Adults 2 couples and 1 should have been two single beds. The 3rd room was up a rickety metal steep steps into the eves, the 2 single beds were pushed together and 1 quilt supplied. At 5’5 I could stand in the middle of the room only, the rest of the ceiling height was non existent. Would not recommend flat to the elderly or in-firmed and definitely not for a family with young children. The radiators were scolding and the windows opened fully, with no safety features to prevent accidents. We just needed some where to sleep and it for filled that need.

Please anyone who reads this review...DONT stay at this place. It is a broken down, filthy property. There are no lights on exiting lift to access the apartment. It is pitch black darkness. Faeces on and in toilet and no hand soap or cleaning products. Broken unusable dishwasher and smelly, stair rail missing. Broken blinds and curtains. Mosquitoes throughout. The bathroom smells. The list goes on and the staff are no use. They don't answer the phone when we tried to call them 7 times to report issues. We moved out and stayed elsewhere and neither the property or *********** would refund even part of cost despite providing photograph evidence of the issues.

Do not use this company! We were informed a day before we arrived that the original apartment that we paid for was not available and they moved us to another apartment. Which was not as good as the one we paid for and was 170 euro cheaper. We stayed as we had no choice but they did not refund the difference in price. They do no reply to emails either. This spoilt our stay in Brussels. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Andy

As I checked in yesterday. The room is a good size but I phone up to the hotel to reports and requested something more. I also tell the receptionist on the 1st floor about the problems in the room .and she also came and checked. Nothing can be done. It very very bad. pillows are not great for 2 people we have 1 small pillow and 1 normal pillow As soon as I walk in the room have a very bad smell of cigarettes. I have to leave all the windows open and take a fan out to get rid of the smell The worst one is the toilet in the bedroom. Very bad smell The receptionist told me Nothing can be done become all the room are fully booked and no one is available to fixed the problems. She only open the case and send it to the company. I AM NOT VERY HAPPY AT ALL

We had booked a Smartflats apartment in this residence for the weekend. The apartment is already in poor condition (marks on the walls, remains of previous tenants) and the mattresses are absolutely awful. Furthermore, we were the victim of a burglary (without a break-in!) on the first day. They took the time to select only what they were interested in: cash, papers, and electronic devices. Total value: €8,000!! We contacted the company, which does not seem surprised by the event and does not offer any goodwill gesture, no refund, no relocation for the night. In view of the other comments (read after the fact), we have little doubt about the identity of the thieves. Furthermore, after verification, following a decision by the Brussels Court of Justice, it no longer has the authorization to rent accommodation for tourist purposes since 2022!!! In short, avoid.

AVOID!!!! I do not recommend this establishment. We had a disastrous experience with Smartfalts. While out for a walk, we came home to find that all our belongings had been searched: computers, iPads, headsets, passports, nearly €7,000 worth of equipment had been stolen. The most shocking thing is that there was no visible break-in. The thieves obviously had access to both the building code AND our room to be able to enter our home without difficulty. And what is even more revolting is the response (or rather the lack of response) from customer service. After reporting the theft, we were promised that a manager would call us back quickly, but... nothing! No follow-up, no solution provided. We also requested relocation, but the response was that they had no rooms available. In short, incompetent service, deplorable security, and catastrophic incident management. Don't risk staying there; it's neither safe nor professional. Don't go there!

Very well located apartment, however, very dirty apartment. Apartment for people with reduced mobility, very well equipped. However, the bottom of the toilet was dirty, the toilet faucet did not open, the shower faucet was leaking, there was work going on on the facade all along the street, impossible to sleep. The curtains did not even block out the street light. Very spacious apartment that lacks furniture, the mattresses were in a catastrophic state as well as the duvets and all the cushions. Really afraid to sleep on it, even though it is a 100 m² apartment.
