Although the building is great and the location is also great, the management of this establishment is terrible: the shower screen leaks water and the bathroom floods, so towels are scarce. It was very dirty and had spiders (see photo), but the worst thing is the service, because if you have a problem they don't even let you know (as happened to some colleagues) who were left on the street due to a problem with the local tax WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. Honestly, when I return to Brussels I will look for another accommodation option. The management was very good for us because of the good service of Trip.com, but our friends who booked with Stayforlong had a catastrophic experience and spent a few days from problem to problem.
