I have pleasant stay at the hotel.The staffs were helpful.However they dont provide everyday clean up or topup of complimentary.Overall a very good place to stay exploring Brussels city.

Bed was comfy! Location is perfect, no lack of food options, near grand place and tourist spots. There’s even a kitchen in the room!
Breakfast is not fantastic but decent.
No bedroom slippers, no room cleaning.
Booked double bed but hotel said they couldn’t see the option in the booking and had given me a twin (fully booked when I’m there so can’t change too). So trip.com compensated me through coins.

Pretty near to the grand Place and lots of eating place nearby .Staff were friendly & helpful . Room was big . Will consider staying here again if I will to come back to Brussels
