Pullman Brussels Centre Midi

Fantastic location right at the Brussels Midi station. Lovely staff who could speak multiple languages and breakfast ofger good varieties for options. The city centre is about 22 minutes' walk and quite navigable with the Google map app. Very good overall.

The location is excellent. It’s near the Eurostar station. Room is comfortable and nice.

Hotel was in a good location and easy to get anywhere by train as it's next to the station. It says spa, but there is only a sauna and gym nothing else.

Hotel is located just next to the Midi train station, where you could enter it by the side door located near to Haagen Daaz in the station. As we arrived too early, we weren't allowed to check in hence we put the luggage at the concierge. When we returned to collect our luggage around 8pm after check in, we were shocked to find out that we need to locate our own luggages from 3 different storage room 🙄 Then, what was the luggage tag given to us served as? I find this super tedious tbh! Apart from this small hiccup, the rest of the stay was okay. However, there is no room slipper, toothbrush & toothpaste being provided in the room. Personally I find that both the mattress & pillows need to be replaced as they're too soft & thus I woke up with sore back.

1st room given - aircon was broken and door cannot lock 2nd room given, no aircon 3rd room given was an upgraded one but the aircon was spoilt and broken. 1 supervisor and 1 lady staff on duty were really unhelpful and kept saying aircon was turned on etc. But 1 staff Andy, is VERY helpful. He recommended to move to another hotel nearby and request for a refund. Will write to the manager or director. I will never come here again. They should change their attitude and technician staff or do a retrain. Overheard a few guests complain the aircon was not cold too.
