Buon hotel , tranquillo, personale molto gentile l'unica pecca dei bagni fuori dall'Italia è che mancano i bidet... è davvero difficile lavarsi .. anche perché i lavandini sono molto alti .. lol

Beautiful historic hotel. Our group comprised of 3 adults and a 4 year old. This hotel deserves more of a higher rating than what it’s reviewed for. Our accommodation was very modern and clean. The gardens were spectacular. A special mention must be made of the breakfast, which had a beautiful spread. The breads were fresh and delicious. They even provided us with gluten free options at request. The host was very kind, thoughtful and accommodating. It was a short drive away from the Christmas markets. Would love to return.

STAY AWAY!!! I was unable to attend due to the unforeseen circumstances that were completely out of my control. Hotel said a manager would call back (they never did) hotel were very rude on the phone and very unwilling to help. Would not reschedule and would not refund anything. I wish I had read the reviews before booking. Don’t make the same mistake as me and read the reviews

Disgusting!!!! Incorrectly put a wrong date in and emailed within 3 minutes to change. He ignored email and eventually spoke by phone to him. Refused to change date but happily took our money. Don't go there very unethical.

The site is magnificent, a house of character with a sumptuous park, unfortunately the whole is poorly exploited and deserves an expense; Rooms dated and not very clean. The carpet is worn and stained; The bathroom from another age is in its 50s juice. The welcome is limited to the minimum, waiting, summary explanations to get to the room, the hostess was alone in the house we only saw her as staff! She nevertheless gave us good advice to tell us where to go for dinner in the evening in a village adjoining DAMME. Another positive point, very decent and very good breakfast in a pretty dining room. Great potential, but we were a little disappointed.

Not very warm welcome. Very poorly soundproofed room. We had the impression that the neighbors were sleeping with us. Breakfast with room placement, but we were forgotten. Too bad, because the setting is truly magnificent.

We had a suite room with a view of the beautiful garden! Everything in tip top condition! A friendly welcome and a very extensive fresh breakfast! The price-quality ratio is certainly in order. Very nice to relax for a while...
