2.部屋に問題があったときは、部屋に電話がないので、フロントに下りて、電話をする必要があります。
3.夜のシャワー後、ドライヤーが壊れていて使えませんでした。フロントに下りて電話すると、代わりのドライヤーはないと。謝りもしませんでした。

宿泊前にホテルに関するメールが届き、丁寧なホテルなんだと安心していました。
私はこのホテルに109ユーロ払いました。
いざ泊まったらこの仕打ち。
最低な気分です。
返金してほしいくらいです。
壊れたドライヤーがそのままだったのは、前に泊まった人が部屋に電話もなく諦めたか、私と同じようにホテルの人がなにも対応しなかったからでしょう。

What a great location. This place has great character, friendly staff, and some lovely touches like the honesty bar in the lounge with an inexpensive choice of great beers. Very relaxing stay, and the kids loved it. The beds were comfy, and the lounge was a nice place to relax and have a snack from the local bakery The only negative thing to point out is that some of the furniture in the room was a bit worse for wear, but I guess that's just misuse by another guest.

Le doy 3 estrellas porque el hotel está muy bien situado, en el centro a un paso de todo. Además el bus 2 que es el que te trae desde la estación de tren te deja en la misma puerta. Hasta aquí lo bueno. Nosotros teníamos la habitación Fort Lapin que tiene terracita. La limpieza, y el mantenimiento dejan mucho que desear. Las cortinas del salón están para cambiarlas. Tienen un manchurrón de unos 20cm a todo lo largo que son unos 3 metros más o menos. Parece que se haya colado agua de la terracita durante mucho tiempo. Las barandillas, teníamos la cama en un altillo, daban poca seguridad y también iban bien de polvo. Además de tener los escalones bastante pequeños (mi mujer tiene un 39 y le salía medio pie). En el baño, hay bañera y ducha, las dos alcachofas chorreaban por la junta. Una de ellas estaba "reparada" con fixo... Para nosotros, esto ya es personal, a la cocinilla le falta un microondas. Indispensable si viajas con un bebé. Una pena, porque con un poco más de cuidado sería un sitio ideal. Un saludo

Non è un vero e proprio hotel in quanto non esiste una reception H 24 bisogna arrivare solo in determinati orari e poi ti consegnano la camera e una chiave con la quale puoi aprire il portone d’ingresso e la camera le stanze sono piccole e con bagno ovviamente con assenza del bidet Wi-Fi gratuito TV e frigo bar il letto alla francese l’unica cosa molto buona la centralità E anche il fatto che se arrivi fuori orario ti lasciano depositare i bagagli all’ingresso

Quando chegamos no local interfonamos e a porta abriu automaticamente. Deixamos as malas no hotel é fomos passear. Ao retornar no final do dia havia um envelope com a indicação do número do quarto. No dia seguinte interfonamos para realizar o pagamento. Incrível. O hotel é no centro . Achei apenas um pouco empoeirado,talvez pela dinâmica do funcionamento.

L'hôtel est très bien placé ! il est simple mais agréable. Calme, literie confortable, la chambre était très propre. Accueil (Karine) est très serviable. Nous n'avons pas pris les petits-déjeuners donc je ne peux pas juger sur ce point là. Je recommande :)

1 nachtje overnacht tijdens de zomer een heel aangenaam verrast. Een hele vriendelijke gastvrouw, een verouderd gebouw maar moderne snufjes in de kamer én een geweldige badkamer met bad én douche (regendouche zelfs!). We hadden ook een supertof dakterrasje. Minpuntje is de kwaliteit van het zetelbed, maar voor een enkele nacht was dit geen ramp. Het hotel is vlakbij het historische centrum van Brugge dus op wandelafstand van alles (ook van de winkelstraat) en toch heb je geen geluidsoverlast. Een aanrader!
