このホテルは、泊まるだけなら問題ないでしょう。
しかし、私はもう泊まりたくありません。
1.フロントには基本的に、人はいません。
2.部屋に問題があったときは、部屋に電話がないので、フロントに下りて、電話をする必要があります。
3.夜のシャワー後、ドライヤーが壊れていて使えませんでした。フロントに下りて電話すると、代わりのドライヤーはないと。謝りもしませんでした。
4.不愉快な状態で寝ようとすると、ベッドの真ん中に凹みが。なんと、小さいベッドを2つ並べてダブルベッドにしていました。
宿泊前にホテルに関するメールが届き、丁寧なホテルなんだと安心していました。
私はこのホテルに109ユーロ払いました。
いざ泊まったらこの仕打ち。
最低な気分です。
返金してほしいくらいです。
壊れたドライヤーがそのままだったのは、前に泊まった人が部屋に電話もなく諦めたか、私と同じようにホテルの人がなにも対応しなかったからでしょう。
