Hotel in great location, 10 minutes away from Xmas markets and canals.
Man on reception was very helpful and he seemed to be doing cleaning and breakfast.
Only issue was with a cot which was requested on booking and after ringing and emailing (and then being told email on website is no use)
we still didn''t have a cot on arrival. Man on reception brought one but it was absolutely filthy with brown stains all over. There was no way my daughter in law was going to let our 11 month old grandson sleep in it, so they had to let him sleep in the bed with them.
Suggest they purchase a new one or stop advertising a cot is available.😒

The room was dirty, as in not been cleaned in quite a while dirty. We opted not to take a shower because of the lack of cleanliness. The smell was terrible and the room was extremely hot. No staff was available for check in. Room keys were just left at the front desk.

Fantastic stay in a great location. Next to a multi storey car park 5 mins to main square 17 rooms available Clean Spacious rooms Great breakfast Tv in rooms Friendly staff Desk in room Air conditioning Would return for Christmas markets again. Thoroughly recommend.

Don’t stay here if you need to sleep. Noisy all night long. Uncomfortable beds and no access to water or any facilities. Reception not manned and little assistance offered. Located in a reasonable position and breakfast was ok. Would not recommend this property as there are many to choose from.

Stayed for 2 nights with my girlfriend. The hotel is in a great location very easy to find and breakfast was very enjoyable. The room we stayed in was very poor! The lights would just turn off randomly on their own, the TV didn’t work, the room was dusty and worse of all the lock on the door didn’t work! I would not recommend to stay there.

Location is great, close to the center and parking garage. Room is simple but ok. Cleaning a bit sloppy. Reception unmanned, very cumbersome to check in. Keycard is unusable on the 2nd day and can no longer be entered in the room. Breakfast fresh and delicious on the 1st day, leftovers and less on the 2nd day. Toilet paper ran out and was not replenished. In short, it could be much better in terms of service and quality, so not 5 stars.

Hotel very well placed for visiting Bruges. One of the cheapest in the center. But excessive price for the service offered: - room not 100% clean - bedding poorly made and not lined? - room with air conditioning but no heating only 22⁰C possible in winter. Except in the bathroom where it is very hot with the towel dryer. - bathroom with large shower but only the movable shower head works, the one fixed to the ceiling does not work. - very poorly soundproofed room and noisy floor!!! We all hear what is happening around us. - beautiful and simple decoration in the room furniture in the room broken including the lampshades of the chandeliers. - very beautiful view at the back of the many monuments! - very beautiful terrace on the 3rd floor with beautiful view. I didn't find the breakfast exceptional, it lacked a bit of choice for my taste but the main thing is different breads nutella jam cheese yogurt hams hard boiled eggs hot drinks dispensers. The orange juice isn't fresh and isn't great. These are bottles emptied into 1 carafe... - no person to welcome the room badges are placed on the counter and it's up to you to find the badge with your name - hair found in the bathroom when I arrived. .. I found the prices for glasses of champagne excessive (16 euros per glass) for 1 bottle sold hard on the market at 37 euros... - a tax of 4 euros per person is requested upon departure. Overall, this hotel needs to improve or significantly reduce its prices, despite the fact that it is in the center of Bruges. 2.5/5 possibility of going hard a 4 if the modifications are taken into account!
