The answer was that it might be the person who checked the cleaning. None of the two front desks apologized to me. An old lady at the front desk told me that I should hang a sign on the door to avoid disturbing. Anyway, it should be my fault. This handling method surprised me. When I checked out, the card was still stuck. The front desk checked it carefully and told me that I had to pay the city tax. Anyone who has stayed in Europe knows that you can't get the door card without paying the city tax first. I can only say that the professionalism of the staff of this restaurant is very poor. These front desk staff must want this hotel to be on the Belgian cartoon.

The hotel staff are satisfied, the facilities are okay, the fitness center is simple, the hotel's dinner restaurant is delicious, but the breakfast variety is limited.
