On our trip to Gold Coast we booked our accommodation with Meriton a studio apartment. Upon arrival and check in we got upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment no charge, and couldn’t be happier , as their service was a friendly, fast, and professional. Our 1 bedroom apartment is amazing, featuring queen bed with t.v in room , spacious living area , kitchen, laundry and balcony with a beautiful view of the beach . The location convenience, being across the road from the casino and pacific fair , and Goya cafe downstairs for a close by breakfast before heading on your day of adventure. We’ll most definitely be checking in to Meriton in near future.

1. The apartment is very large, the master bedroom faces the sea, with a big bed. The second bedroom is actually a study room, so there is no window. There is a bathroom separated from the master bedroom, and both sides can enter. 2. Sanitation is ok, the kitchenware is clean, the washing machine is still new, the dryer is a bit old but clean 3. Free parking. It is better to leave a comment when booking. When you arrive, stop at the door or on the side of the road. When you go in and check in, you will be given a sensor 4. Walk straight to the pacific fair and cross the bridge for 15 minutes. The restaurant will open in the evening and the store will close at about 5:30. There are Mobike bikes available for rent. 5. Going in the opposite direction to the pacific fair is the beach. There are not many people and there are lifeguards during working hours. If you go north there is a larger children’s play area. Is the location similar to Oasis? 6. Before leaving, remember to throw away all the trash. Recycle the trash can in the garage. Put all dirty tableware in the dishwasher. If it is too dirty, it seems that the hotel will charge a cleaning fee of $75 starting

Although it is a bit far from Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach Mart and cafes and food and beverage stores are convenient. There's a yogurt ice cream place on the first floor, which isn't bad, and there's a Starbucks. There is a playground about 200 meters away that is great for children. Since there were no curtains, I had to wake up at 6 o'clock... There is a construction site right next to it, so it is noisy. It's noisy at night because there are clubs nearby. It wasn't bad for a few days. The swimming pool was also great for kids to play in.

A very good hotel, very suitable for a family. The hygiene is very good, there is housekeeping every day, which is a very good service in a serviced apartment. The front desk staff is very nice, and there will be detailed instructions even if they check in after get off work. In particular, an uncle employee on duty at night gave us a lot of help. The decoration style is modern and bright, and the large island in the kitchen brings a sense of happiness to cooking. The facilities are complete: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, capsule coffee machine, Dyson vacuum cleaner are all available. Dishwashing salt and washing powder are also very considerately prepared. The location is also very good, only three minutes walk to the beach. In short, it is a hotel that has left our family with beautiful memories and truly made us feel at home.
