It’s on the pricier side,the Deluxe one is pretty good already, marginal difference is small.

Loved everything about the hotel, parking is $20 a day with multiple entries allowed. Hotel has many activities, ******, Wednesday are comedy nights and drag shows on some Thursdays. Super close to Pacific Fair shopping centre and Dracula’s, both within walking distance. Construction is on-going but I’m fine with that, little noise/disruption. Super glad we chose our stay with Dorsett for 4nights.

We had a great time staying here for 2 nights. Love the swimming pool. Would live to come back again.

The hotel is excellent and highly recommended! Luckily we are arranged to stay in a corner room with pano view! The only disruption is the breakfast … which is mixed with the other two hotels and below the expected standard.

Dorset is located close to the ******, brilliant to just be able to walk to any restaurant and bars and the reception as well as all staff were incredible! Cannot recommend enough

I am so pleased we found this place. We always stay at the Star but this was quite a bit cheaper and quite honestly the service and facilities were as good, if not better. Juliano was an absolute gem of a staff member.

the receptionists are very friendly
we were looking for disposable toothbrush. especially they said they have tooth brush provided but we couldnt find any

It's a great place to stay and unwind. I left my wallet home with my id's and i called the hotel and notified them that i have digital id. Upon arrival around 8pm after a full on day at the theme park, we saw Connor at Reception who was not welcoming and had a bad attitude. He refused to accept the digital id and kept us waiting in the lobby with 4 kids. I told him that my husband had his id's on him and we can change the booking under his name if he wants. The rooms were prepaid and i showed the booking confirmation and credit card but he wasn't interested in listening or checking the facts that we called in the moring. He was arrogant and had a terrible attitude.
We were grateful that Isabela came to the reception and made our day. She was outstanding! She listened to us and confirmed that we called in the moring to notify them and accepted the digital id's. Connor wasn't impressed, he left reception and slammed the door.
We are giving 4 stars because of our overall experience with Isabela and some of the other staff.
