The location was amazing! we were right in the middle of the action and everything was very convenient. check-in was great, the gentlemen at the from that helped us check in Callum was super polite and very helpful. The staff at the breakfast was fantastic, my girlfriend's a vegan and they made her fresh vegan sausages at no extra cost! The room was clean and very nice, although it would be great to have some complimentary things like bottles of water or toothbrush/paste nevertheless it was an amazing stay!
also the check out was super easy and hassle-free we just dropped off our room card in a box, super convenient especially if you're on a tight schedule.

The location of the hotel is good. It is located in the center of the city. It is convenient for eating and shopping. It is not far from the Emperor Pavilion and the seaside. The bus from White Cliff to Brighton stops at the opposite side of the hotel. It is super convenient

Chose this hotel for the location, definitely not the character. Dynamic pricing meant I paid more than my friends, even though I booked on the same day - which really stings. Check in was fine, as expected. Housekeeping had failed to clean away the previous room occupant’s half empty milk carton, empty can of Amstel, and food wrappers. The had soap dispenser the bathroom didn’t work, and was filthy. When reported to reception, the receptionist couldn’t have cared less. I didn’t get an apology. She said she’d feedback to housekeeping but didn’t even make a note of my room number.

Great friendly helpful staff would go again great location and plenty to do in the area. Kids loved it here and breakfast was a good price to add on to your room. Would highly recommend this venue and will be very happy to return again next time thank you

Great service clean and very helpful with polite staff very central brighton is a lovely city hotel had good views all the staff were very helpful and bed was comfortable and good facilities and clean bathroom the carpets were nice and the room was dust free

Great stay as always. Rooms were comfortable. Great location for a long weekend right at the heart of the city with easy access to the beach and also the lanes. The staff at the front were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a decent size and had ample space.

Excellent service and friendly welcome. Room was clean and tidy. Would highly recommend. Great price and brilliant location for short stay in Brighton. Early check in was an option and also offer luggage storage. Free WiFi was available and worked well.
