I really appreciate upgrade to room sea view.
But on the night of our stay was very strong wind and omg felt like windows will fall out, we stayed up all night. Room was freezing.
In the no when I did check why the wind noise was sooo bad I realised there was a massive gap between window and frame.
On the check out girl asked how was my stay and when I said it was just alright, she wasn’t bothered to ask why and skipped to next question.
I could point out issue we had but there was a guest in front of me who was talking about the same situation and girl at reception offered her blanket and heater, sounds like it’s on good problem in hotel with windows and stuff can’t be ask to deal with it.
Recommend for bag packers and short term travllers.
It consists to its price and quality.
P.s. hair dryer is not provided in room and you have to borrow at the reception.

We were relocated to this hotel from the nightmare of 'Amherst hotel'. The rooms were spacious and clean and staff were friendly. We saw a free drag show one evening in the bar downstairs. The only annoying thing was the room card keys kept not working which was so irritating. LGBT friendly.
Great modern hotel. Room spotless, beds comfy, good location for the centre of Brighton. We had a very minor issue with check in, but dealt with swiftly and professionally with minimal impact.
This hotel is rebuilt and designed from an old building. The interior decoration is very elegant, except that there is no elevator, it is very difficult to carry luggage to the room, but the overall design is very beautiful
The receptionist is very responsive and professional. Anything we asked (toothbrush, toothpaste, ice and then another extra bucket of ice!) they gave it to us promptly. The spa was great, it had two hot tubs that were regularly empty, so you can enjoy one whole hot tub alone with your friends/partner/family; there was a steam room and a sauna and plenty of sofas around the spa where you can cool off; the swimming pool is also only a few steps away, so you can plunge into the cold after the hot treatment. Unfortunately though, there was no available spaces for the treatments (facial, massage, mani/pedi, etc), so I recommend booking beforehand to ensure you get yours. One complaint is that our room's window was stuck and it couldn't be opened, so if it's proper summer weather, it can be difficult to stay there.

GGuest UserThis was such an amazing time in Brighton for my partners birthday. They left us a little box of chocolate and a note saying happy birthday which was really really sweet.
Upgraded us to balcony to see the whole of the beach and Brighton/hove
GGuest UserWas upgraded to twin room which was appreciated.
Room was well presented with enough storage space.
Bed comfortable.
Large bathroom with good shower. Just remember to close window blind as window not frosted glass!
Breakfast was included and was very tasty although choice was limited.
Service at breakfast was quick and staff friendly and helpful
Check in and departure was dealt with efficiently and was able to leave luggage for a few hours.
GGuest UserI was pleased to find that the Leonardo was right next to Brighton train station. Just what a weary traveller needed! The staff on reception were friendly and let me check in early after my suitcase had been misplaced at an airport. The room was light, airy and you couldn't hear the trains. It was clean, spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. The hotel is close to the town so easy to walk to the shops, pubs, clubs and seafront. I will be returning to the Leonardo ☺️
GGuest UserCheck in was clean and error free, and friendly. Room was clean, pillows and blankets were clean, amenities available and convenient. Food service was excellent with lots of options including gluten free. Location was the best. Would highly recommend for others wanting a solid place to take a family.
WWltsui72The hotel is located in the heart of the city and is walkable to the famous beach. It is next to the central station and super convenient to start the journey in Brighton
愛愛喵人Such nice hotel! Too bad didn’t have time to use their swimming pool, it should be nice. Parking was of good size, very safe (forgot to close passenger side window). A bit expensive though. Bed very comfortable. Room was big enough for 2 to move around with 2 large luggage around. Minor improvement, the lamp on the desk is blocking the TV, curious.
JJonathan WallerNice hotel in good location next to the Brighton Dome and short walk to The Lanes and the seafront.
Our initial room wasn't great - v.small and some electrical issues and nowhere to work from with a laptop - the hotel was fully booked but the management kindly offered us an upgrade to the suite at a preferred rate which was gratefully accepted and went the extra mile to install a desk and chair which made things so much easier on our 5 night stay.
Great coffee shop on the premises is a bonus.
I get the feeling they were short staffed on the cleaning front, which i won't complain about as it seems to be a common problem across the UK.
Overall a good comfortable stay and the suite was a good size with round bed, bath and walk in shower. A panoramic view provides plenty of light into the room. nice.
Thank you

DDaniellyFirst, I booked a room Trip.com, then when I saw the address the hotel doesn’t exist. I was in panicking, because I was on my way to the Hotel.
The end hotel was open and okay.
Later between 1 and 2:30am the fire alarm start and no one slept this time. Remember that we need to do the check out 10am - wake up 9am. When we contact the hotel about the time and every thing, they extended the check out, but 10am there were people at our door to clean the room.
I want to rest to enjoy the day in the beach, but it was really difficult. My experience only one night to rest were turbulent.
