The Charm Brighton Boutique Hotel & Spa Reviews

I thought this was a lovely hotel, with very friendly staff who gave a good service. My room was larger than expected and charming given that I was in the basement. I had a skylight in one part of the room which helped to bring natural light into the room. The bed was comfortable and the room was decorated to a high standard. I would come here again if I was returning to Brighton.

The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. We also booked for a massage and hot tub which was exceptional. The rooms were spacious and nice. Location was 5 mins walks from Pier. Highly recommended

Nice and clean hotel and nice view. Friendly staff . Good breakfast and it’s convenient for parking. Bathroom is clean it’s not far from shopping centre. Good location.

A hotel that is below expectations (actually, three units of a traditional British townhouse were renovated together). It is not a boutique hotel at all, but the service is good, the breakfast is decent, and the reasonable room rate makes up for the psychological gap. The house is not soundproof, and the footsteps of the upstairs are clear. It depends on luck if you meet noisy and lively tenants. Fortunately, most of the guests are elegant middle-aged and elderly people. But there are two points that must be pointed out. The so-called sea view suite is not worthy of its name. First, the sea view is very narrow, and you need to be close to the window to see it. You can only see the opposite building when facing the window. Second, when booking a room, the sofa scene shown by Ctrip is not in the room, but a photo of the check-in hall on the first floor, which misleads consumers.

A great experience, very close to the beach, the service is very friendly and thoughtful. Although there is no parking lot, the waiter will guide you, parking is convenient and the price is favorable.

The hotel is a B&B. Although the rooms are small, they are clean and tidy. The building is older and has no elevator, so you have to be very careful when walking up the narrow stairs. The breakfast is very rich, and the waiters are also hospitable. One of the Vietnamese waiters must be praised.

Close to the sea, the service is very friendly, the environment is good, the room is slightly smaller, the breakfast is rich, and the price is high.

Very small and comfortable! The interior of the room is warm and tidy, and the bathroom is also nice. Next time I go to plan to live here!

I stayed here for a business trip and received a complimentary upgrade to the king suite. The location is fantastic, right by the seafront with plenty of dining and drinking options nearby. The room was immaculate, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel!

Quaint, cosy and very in keeping with the area. Staff are very helpful and friendly, our room (14) was spacious, clean and the view was lovely too. Our bed was very comfortable and the extra touches (fruit bowl, Prosecco and birthday balloons) were much appreciated! We also asked for early check in which was no issue at all. Location was great, breakfast was really good quality and lots of vegetarian options available. We’d absolutely would stay again. ☺️

Lovely hotel in a great location. We booked the sea view room & got room 19. It was up 3 flights of stairs but wasn’t an issue for us. Tea & coffee in rooms. Kettle and a coffee machine. Large mini fridge supplied too! Large bathroom and clean throughout. Aircon was great as it was a hot few days. The only thing I would improve on is the toiletries!

What can I say just amazing staff welcoming and friendly, every where was spotless, room was amazing and comfortable ❤️, breakfast had everything you could want ,and just a short walk to town and ⛱️ beach this is our second time staying here and would definitely come back again

Ever seen ferris Bueller’s day off? Well this is the sausage king of Brighton,lovely stay at a fantastic location. Room was perfect and more importantly so was the following mornings breakfast. As stated above the sausage was a real sausage as was the rest of the buffet style offering. The hallway stairs have probably seen better days but this just adds to the ‘charm’.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Second visit this year. We were in room 33 this time which is 56 stairs up from reception (yes we counted them!) Well worth the climb, such a lovely room. Nice surprise of rose petals, balloons, card and bottle of Prosecco for my birthday. Would definitely return as for us it is the perfect place to stay in Brighton.
