Nice location in the middle of the atmospheric old center of Breda, close to restaurants and bars. Yes you hear nothing from the streets. The room is cozy, big enough and comfortable. Had dinner in the restaurant below, which isn’t officially part of the hotel (anymore?), but the food was great.

Stayed for 2 nights for a work trip, the room was comfortable, not really anywhere for storage but it did have good toiletries and was very clean. I wouldn't classify this as a boutique hotel, more of a bed and breakfast above a restaurant. The breakfast was nice but I would say €15 per person is not in keeping with the quality or quantity of the food. They had a great selection of international tv channels and fast wifi. A couple of downsides: The staff left at 6pm every day (they did notify me of this when I arrived) so there is no reception or staff available after 6pm. As a solo female (who has travelled for many years) this did make me feel slightly nervous, plus there is no security cameras in the building. Considering there was no staff in the building, when the lock for my room was temporarily broken (and I was locked out of my room) I was slightly concerned. Furthermore, when I came back to my room to a strong smell of sewage from the drains I couldn't notify anyone until the next day. Finally my bathroom did not have any curtains or blinds for privacy but only contact film on the windows which made showering at night with the lights on not very private. The staff were very nice and did listen when I explained some of the above points when I checked out!

I am very pleased with my one night stay here. It was very close to the location i needed to go for the show (Mezz) and despite me arriving late, the receptionist (Sharon) waited to give me instructions for check in, I appreciated that. Contact was prompt and easy to reach. Room was comfortable, clean and brightly lit. Having said that you do get the occasional singing and shouting in the wee hours of the morning as the location is in the heart of the city centre. Didn't bother me as the bed was super comfortable. Plenty of great eateries around. Again thank you for the pleasant stay and memory.

The hotel had super friendly and professional staff. The room was really neat and looked nice. The location also could not have been better! The breakfast was also really really nice. We really enjoyed our visit and if we ever come back to Breda, we will stay in this hotel!

Very nice reception. The room was not large (barely enough space to put your luggage) but cozy. When the weather is nice, of course, there is noise from the pleasant square where the hotel is located. Delicious breakfast. It's a shame that it was exactly the same on the last morning, it would have been nice if we had gotten something different.

Excellent stay, delicious lunch and breakfast, 1 point for improvement: no fish was indicated at breakfast. The fish was left out but not replaced. A slice of ham for example would have done the trick, just lacked a bit of creativity. Furthermore, delicious fresh products, excellent food.

The location of the hotel is really perfect if you want to be around the center. A cozy place on a nice square with several restaurants and terraces. Nice room with nice beds. Missed a little more hanging options for clothes. And something you could put the suitcase on.

This hotel is located on the edge of the historic center of Breda. It is a hotel with a limited number of rooms. The room is nicely furnished with a good bed. The breakfast is great. Delicious sandwiches prepared with care. Friendly employees. As far as we are concerned, it is a hotel that we can heartily recommend.
