Near the city centre on a 5 minutes walk. Checking-in in a different hotel is a bit strange. But the hotel itself is special.insde a completely renewed old military monument

Walkable distance to city center, quiet and clean.

In a beautiful old building hotel Botanique is situated in the middle of the old city of Breda. The receptionist took great care of us and showed us to our room and explained all amenity’s. Early check in was also possible and very appreciated. Our room had a rooftop window that could not open up, while our room smelled a bit stuffy. After a good night sleep, the bed is amazing, we fully enjoyed the great breakfast at TED’s. Our recommendation would be to book a room with a window that can open and enjoy the hotel, the breakfast and the beautiful city of Breda.

Nice, but it could be better
We arrived at 3 but could not get into the room until an hour later. After asking we were given a later check out time.
The room was good, with a large comfortable bed. However the bathroom was very dark, the blind on the sky light still let a lot of light into the room. The room was missing a full length mirror.
Breakfast was average, with a limited menu. It took 35 minutes before the food arrived. The staff at Ted’s did not seem on top of things.

Gorgeous boutique hotel located conveniently in the city centre of Breda. Beautiful designed and appointed accommodation hosted in the historical Chassékazerne, a building dating back to 1899. A lot of design aspects have been used to highlight this rich history and is elegantly executed. We enjoyed a fantastic retreat and visited many areas from the hotel by foot, as everything is walking distance. Excellent service delivery, the entire team is anticipating needs and delivers flawlessly. Breakfast is served at TEDD, amazing breakfast indeed we also went back for lunch/ brunch which was also great. Thank you for a great stay and we highly recommend this gem in the beautiful city of Breda!
