Cosy hotel; however, any spa amenities are charged separately.
The staff is friendly but I was quite surprised the night shift receptionists did not speak good English so we had some 'lost in translation' issues...
Location requires a tram ride or a cab to get into the Old town which takes about 15 minutes.

Just a bad joke, we got the key to our room which is not ready, even if you came 30 minutes later that the check-in time.We are tired and just sitting on the floor waiting for them to finish...Poor service, at the reception not enough information provided and lack of clarity. Bad experience. Definitely not recommend!!! Location is the worst and prices high in comparison with what they are providing. Overall a bad experience.

Hotel outside the center of Bratislava in a desolate neighborhood and very dark in the evening. We stayed for just one night, the hotel has average services, the room was overall nice and with courtesy services. However, I would like to point out a few cobwebs around the hotel, especially in the breakfast room on the ceiling above the food. On the day of my arrival I reported my intolerances for breakfast the next day, unfortunately apart from the gluten free bread, the hotel had not equipped itself with any other product.

Hotel with a very nice external appearance, however the rooms are not perfectly clean, the private parking behind is subject to a fee of €18 per day and you cannot enter the marked spaces even with your car, only once you park if you have a car next door you can't even open the door to go out, I have a 3kg canine and they made me pay €20 a day it had never happened to me anywhere at most for a small size I ended up paying €10 a day maximum. Breakfast lacks variety and lack of food if you arrive late. Courteous staff. Not a 4 star hotel.

Soweit alles sauber bis auf das Bad; In der Nacht war es extrem laut und ständiges gestampfe, Staubsauger war zu hören (ich war im 1. Stock) und alles extrem hellhörig, war nich angenehm. Krönung war dass nichtmal ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden sind und man irgendwo sich hinstellen sollte, das Hotel ist so nicht zu empfehlen!
