Our room was pretty dirty. The pull out was stained in multiple places and was broken. There was no bedding provided on our room for it. The duvet on the bed was dirty and the shower floor was pretty stained/dirty too.

The bed was super comfortable!! The breakfast available was disappointing. There was nothing left but cold cereal to eat. On Sunday morning there was NO coffee!

Our room was terrible. Woke up at 11:30 to the thick smell of cigarette smoke. My eyes were burning. Went to breakfast with an and a half left to serve and it was cleaned out. Nothing left. Had to find the lady to just get jelly for the lone remaining bagel. Coffee machine…regular coffee was still broke. Milk was sour. Went back to shower in the room to a orange tint shirt curtain that was full of mildew. Found a used qtip on the shelf by the bed, couch splattered with food and food and dust in the comer…in plain site. Went to complain the to manager and he looked at the housekeeper and told me to tell her. I was in utter shock. I paid $200 a night for this room and expected it to atleast be clean. I will never stay here again.

We loved the staff, the rooms were clean for the most part.We did have 1 issue which was addressed promptly. Breakfast was real good.

Stay was great, room was excellent, indoor pool was a plus for the kids, breakfast was supplied excellent except coffee. Coffee machine was broken. We enjoyed our stay though
