Stayed here for one night while driving to Florida. It's located in a nice area close to restaurants. It appears to be recently remodeled, was super clean and very nice. If you need a great mid priced hotel this is the place for you. It had a comfy bed, a great couch to sit on with a rolling ottoman and a brand new huge LG TV. We had an issue with the TV and the front desk staff came up right away and fixed it. Great customer service here would stay agin
This trip was last second. Everyone was very patient with me and helpful. Everyone was very willing to go the extra mile with me and made my stay amazing! 10/10 recommend and will be returning

We were in Bowling Green for the National Corvette Museum’s 30th anniversary celebration. We loved the location, the size of the room, the breakfast and, best of all, the bar/restaurant next to the hotel. All of our friends staying at the other hotels came for food and drinks in the evening.
Overall a nice place to stay, the a/c in our room is loud and can hear people in the next room are the negatives. The positive are a longer list, at checkin a recommendation to try Montana grill across the street was a great choice, everyone has been friendly and the grounds are very well maintained. As a Hilton member I was given meal vouchers that could be used for breakfast. They had a breakfast buffet for $14 each or you could order from 5-6 made to order choices. Buffet the day we were there was scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes and oatmeal as warm selections. They also had the usual yogurt, bread and pastry assortments and 3-4 types of juice. Overall it was a little above normal at a hotel buffet but not good enough for us to want to return. Overall a solid place to stay and one I would not hesitate to visit again.
This one night stay as our overnight between Michigan & Alabama left us wanting to stay longer. The staff was friendly & helpful, room was clean, spacious & comfortable. Breakfast could have been the best hotel complimentary breakfast we have ever experienced. If the French toast sticks & bananas foster compote are offered, you will regret passing up this taste treat. Very good oatmeal bar. Adjacent parking garage; no additional fee for parking, Walkable to bars & restaurants in Fountain Park area of Bowling Green. Hotel is adjacent to entrance of Western Kentucky University. I took the opportunity to take a morning walk around this beautiful campus. The only potential minus is that it is a few miles from freeway entrance, but this is far outweighed by the rest of our experience.

I wanted this room to be so much better than it was... To clarify, we arrived after 12 am, so we didn't address it until the am. This is one of three Marriotts hotels I stayed at this week... Sadly, the cleanliness was the worst I've experienced with Marriott in sometime. The bathroom clearly was not clean. Water/soap marks all over the counter... Razer stubble and shower gel/shampoo all over the shower... Some kind of slop on the bathroom walls. Towels disheveled... I called the front desk at 8:30 am and asked for cleaning supplies so I could clean it. I was told no... I asked if housekeeping could clean it. I was told ”maybe”, but they wouldn't be in for an hour. I asked if I could shower in another room. I was told they were full. I asked if the manager could come up and look at it and give his opinion. I was told he was to busy. No solution was offered. So, no sense of obligation from this organization to right this wrong. Disappointed would be an understatement.
KKenzieLee5This hotel was in a perfect location for our families spring break trip while we visited the Mamath Caves, Lost River Cave and the National Corvette Measume. Plenty of restaurants around and easy on/off of the main hwy. Breakfast being included was a plus. My boyfriend enjoyed the biscuits and gravy and the kids loved the waffles. The pool and hot tub were loved by all and we went in them all of the three nights we were there. The rooms were average size and nothing special, could use a little fixing up here and there and maybe some hooks on back of bathroom door or a rack above toilet for a place to hang towels but it was a place to sleep and shower. One thing I can say is that the parking lot was not very large in the front of the hotel and most spots already taken as times we came and went so we had to park on the side lot which is on a slanted hill and it's a pain in the butt getting in and out. We would still stay again as the price for what you get was the best we found around.
GGuest UserThis hotel is just OK. Go to Room #227 (the room I was assigned) and lift off the toilet tank cover - Mold! Look at the shower tub silicone caulking, all black under the silicone caulk - again, mold! The leisure chair in the corner of the room - the arm rests are dirty. I don't even want to think about the bed and look at the filter in the A/C unit. I stay in Hotels a LOT and this one rates just an OK. The front desk guy was helpful; the girls serving breakfast were helpful. No washer & dryer onsite - ”Go across the street; there's one there”. There are MANY hotels in Bowling Green - The next time I find myself in this town, WHY should I stay there?
GGuest UserWe stayed here because we were without power due to a windstorm. We live in a neighboring smaller city. First, I called to see if the hotel had power. It took several calls to get someone to answer. I was checking in, the lady was looking over my id and said, I have to charge you a $50 deposit. When I asked why, she said because you’re local. I live in Scottsville, KY, This hotel is in Bowling Green, KY. So…not local. She said well it’s still close and “everyone” would charge us that. I agreed to pay the $50 and we moved on. My family get in the elevator and it smelled of ****, the halls and room smelled like ****. The room wasn’t horrible, just the smell. The staff are not friendly, the hotel is not the cleanest. There are better accommodations in bowling green, ky.
The hotel is well equipped and in a good location. The amenities are good and used the exercise room where everything was in good functioning order and very clean. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was excellent for the price-point. This was an excellent experience.
GGuest UserWe stopped here driving through on our trip. By previous reviews, we might be taken a chance, but it was a good stay and manager Sonny was very friendly and accommodated our request pleasantly-thank you again! Comfortable bed and nice pillows. Clean. They have a few rooms that you enter from outside and inside, which was very nice.
GGuest UserWe were making a 13 hour trip and this was our half way stop. It was easy to get to from the highway. I called ahead and let them know that we may be late due to car issues- very understanding. The room was delightful. Very clean and comfortable- there were a few little things but a few minutes of maintenance would make a difference - but didn’t affect us. The fresh waffles were a great breakfast send off. We would definitely recommend them and use them again. Thank you.
KKathyI traveled from Michigan stopped 1 night had plenty of room, the 3 Grand Children really liked the pool after traveling 8 hours. We will most definitely stay again. Also it’s pet friendly!
