The Ritz-Carlton, Boston

The whole place is old, hair stuck to the wall in the bathroom, not cleaned at all. I told the front desk about valet parking but it was no use, until I got impatient and called again, no one responded. I called for car and luggage service at 11:15, and called again at 11:30, and someone came up to pick up the luggage, and then the luggage service notified me to pick up the car, and I left the hotel at 11:45... I think the Ritz brand is basically finished.

The room is very old. There is no beverage in the refrigerator. The hotel staff has a very bad attitude. The overall experience is very, very bad. It is not a five-star hotel at all. The elevator is also broken.

I booked a suite, but something happened and I had to check in late at night, which was not a good experience.

I booked for others, and it's okay to listen to the feedback from the guests. I recommend it.

Small suite room is quite big. The Lounge provides all three meals, and the Dessert Chocolate Tata in the evening is very good, and the service is good. There is no Taxi at the entrance of the hotel, so you have to use Uber. The gym is shared with Equinox on the third floor downstairs. There is a Press In Clean laundry at the entrance of the gym to pick up clothes the next day. There is a problem with the only Wi-Fi link, although I tried to communicate with the background for two days.

The room is clean and hygienic, the front desk reception is warm, the hotel overall feels tidy, there are many places to eat around the hotel, and shopping is more convenient

The service is average, the room is quite big, and there are better options at the same price. Low cost performance, not recommended

After staying here for ten days, the bellman completely ignored me when he saw Chinese faces. A girl had to carry four large pieces of luggage by herself. The bellman stood at the door chatting. The sanitation was basically not cleaned, and I was given a tip after staying for ten days. It was still an executive floor, so I just messed with the sanitation and it was over. I specially booked meals on the executive floor, which were extremely unpalatable. The elevator is always filled with a body odor that makes you want to vomit. The bedding in the room was even more outrageous. The bed was too soft, like sleeping in a pit. What was even more terrifying was their bedding. The quilt cover was so long that the quilt core came out when I slept, and the sheets were rolled up in a mess. I also stayed for ten days and spent nearly 40,000 points. I asked for points as a Marriott member, but I only got 300 points😭. It is recommended that if you want to book a Ritz-Carlton hotel, it is better to book the Langham Hotel. I briefly stayed at the Langham Hotel for 3 nights. The service was good, the hygiene was good, and the breakfast was very delicious. Never book a Ritz-Carlton hotel unless you want to spend 5-star money and suffer the consequences of a 3-star hotel. Don’t order, don’t order, don’t order!

The decoration is definitely worthy of a five-star hotel 50 years ago, and now it has... Before I came to Boston, I lived in the New York Times Ritz-Carlton.
