The hotel charges a $300 security deposit and an automatic 18% gratuity on any food/drink purchased. A bowl of oa**eal and coffee was $23. There is no breakfast buffet available. The rooms are tiny and designed very much like a cruise ship cabin, complete with bunk beds! There are no closets, drawers or counter space in the room and only 6 hangers (to hang clothes where?) I had to use the ironing board for toiletries. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom only by a curtain. (I wonder how couples feel about each other after staying there?) The only window is a floor-to-ceiling window in the bathroom so you can flash nearby shoppers as you step out of the shower. The heated towel rack in not within arm's reach of the shower and featured hard and frayed towels. The room featured a large TV that was surrounded by LED lights. No obvious switch turned off said LEDs, but apparently the round rainbow-colored emblem in one of the built-in cubby holes turned it off. On the plus side, the hotel is a half-mile from the Boston Convention Center. Also, travelers can take the Silver Line bus from Logan Airport to South Station (or one stop short of the station to this hotel) for FREE! The one-way trip back to Logan Airport is $2.40. There is a rooftop bar that features a nice city view.

Because the location is too good and stayed for one night, the restaurant food is still difficult to eat, the burger skin and meat and bacon are fried black, the steak is also black and the beef is the same, other services and health are very good

The room is comfortable and warm. The hotel's decoration is nostalgic and elegant. The dark blue bottled water delivered every day is very stylish. On the last day, it was changed to pink boxed water, which is very elegant. The white slippers are made of silky and soft material. The details improve the taste of the hotel. My daughter and I Spent a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday here and loved the Langham Boston.

The hotel is in an excellent location in the center of Boston. The historic lobby is very beautiful. It is adjacent to Trinity Church, Boston Library, etc., and it is very convenient to travel. The hotel facilities are relatively old, with a sense of age and mystery.

The hotel is in a good location close to shops and restaurants in walkable distance. The room was spacious. Air conditioning worked well. The only thing didn’t work properly was the USB ports that charged phone whole night but not fully charged. Most Staff were polite and helpful. Overall, it’s a good short stay in Boston.

Nice stay at the Sheraton. We had a recently refurbished room. It was excellent with a comfortable bed and very nice shower. There was an amazing view of the Charles River which was a bonus. The location of the hotel is great with an adjoining mall and lots of eating places. The HOHO bus stop is very close by.

The hotel room's thermostat was set at 68 degrees F when we entered but we found it to be quite warm, so we turned the thermostat down to 65 degrees, then further to 62 degrees because the room was still quite stifling. Around 2:00 a.m., uncomfortable and sweating while trying to sleep, we called the front desk and told them that we had lowered the thermostat to 60 degrees F but that the heat was just as warm as when we first entered the room (there was no way to measure it but I'm guessing it was close to 80 degrees). The front desk told us that the thermostat only controls the heat; that is, lowering the temperature will not actually cool the room or turn the heat off. They told us that the only way to stop the heat was to turn it OFF. We were also advised to open a window, which we did; but the noise from the city outside did not help us get a good night's sleep at all, and the room took a while to cool down enough to be able to sleep comfortably. This one issue---the extremely warm and uncomfortable room---is enough to make us not return to this hotel in the future.

The first day we checked in happened to be the first day the employees went on strike and rallied and marched outside the hotel. It was so noisy that they started beating gongs and drums at 7 a.m. the next morning. The noise lasted all day. The quarrel ended only in the afternoon of the next day. Rare experience.
