Good breakfast, not ideal location, nice driver, recommend to try

Nice hotel, 5 minute walk from the T station and also a complimentary shuttle from the airport. Easy (and early) checkin was helpful, room was a good size and bathroom was good, excellent shower pressure. Check out is 11, so there is no need for the cleaning lady to knock at 820!!

Hotel was clean, service was awesome, however parking was advertised as $10 per night but turned out to be $25 per night. It is close to downtown, but surrounding area of the hotel is well just OK.

Location is a 5-10mins walk from the subway. However, there isn't anything near the hotel. They don't really have any restaurants or mart near the hotel. You can only get food from the hotel. Apart from that, hotel is spacious and quiet.

It was a great experience overall!! The room was very spacious, the parking is pretty expensive which is $50 with the security deposit.

Location is slightly remote, probably more suitable for people who prefer a quiet spot. The age of the hotel is visible although most facilities are still in working condition.

Stayed here couple of times. Its always great to choose double tree. The cookie they give is such cherry on top, there’s no drinking water tho thats a downside.

Basic hotel. Reasonable location. Nice to have free shuttle to airport.

Fantastic services. On the day of check-out I was not able to get my Uber ride due to some information validation issue with the platform. I was in a haste to get to my next destination and fortunately the hotel staff called a taxi for me and I managed to get to get there in time. Staffs there are friendly and hospitable. Rooms are clean and tidy. I didn’t have any noise problem throughout my stay. The breakfast was good.

Great service, free cookies! Even though our flight arrived late and it was over the shuttle window, the front desk was willing to make an exception!

Bad experience. The black tall guy with long hair is ****** to Chinese with very bad attitude, and this hotel locals In the middle of nowhere, with no walking distance restaurant or whatsoever entertainment. so I don't recommend to stay in this hotel.酒店前台的老黑歧视中国人，态度尤其差。这个酒店的地理位置也不好，穿梭巴士不及时，打了电话也没有人来接，体验差，不推荐！

The rooms are soso… the reception are very accommodating… the very good thing in this hotel is they give a frankly baked cookie which I really love the most

It’s labeled as a 4 star and my stay was 4 star..and without the 4 star fees!

The reception staff are very friendly. The property is near the JFK subway station. The only thing is the AC is old and noisy.
