Trivelles Seaforth

Trivelles Seaforth Hotel located off Stanley Road (Liverpool opposite Home Bargains). For the price you pay you have a microwave, small fridge freezer, towels, shampoo, soap, loo roll, tea, coffee , sachets of milk / sugar. There is a tv in the room too. Rooms and property were clean. Only issues sometimes not getting water from shower. However, the water was hot. The property is located at 15 minutes walk to Seaforth and Litherland train station. There is Tesco near by. Parking facilities at the hotel The owner are friendly and helpful. I did complain about my loose hot water tap (sink) but, was not fixed (did work). I would give out of 7/10 overall. Mr S M Lunat

Where do I even start?? To begin with the bedding was filthy full of stains the pillows had urine stains all over them a the bedding was damp. The Bathroom was full of mold an damp I have copd an can not be in an environment like this also slugs climbing up walls in shower! The carpets had been down since the 18th century as you can see from the pictures full of holes a dirty stains a trip hazard don’t like they have ever seen a hoover! The rubbish in the yard was overflowing from mattresses to tvs to millions of bin bags piled high an to top it off I woke up too 2 rats joining me in my room one was sitting on my bed I’m absolutely horrified never in my life have I experienced a ratatouille moment like that waking up to a long tail curled up beside me I have been unwell very unwell and smells of drains is disgusting. I told the managers when there was eventually someone present at reception they just laughed at me said that they would get a cleaner in next week and did not take me seriously but they will do because this place needs closing down with immediate effect and the Liverpool echo will be getting notified because this is not normal to have an experience like this. This place needs closing down. As you can see from the pictures it’s a proper horrible overrun with rat infestation disgusting give me nightmares!!!! If you want to do a bush tucker trail this is the place to do it also people knocking at ye door all night harassing ye. Disgusting.
