Fairfield Inn & Suites Bonita Springs

The hotel was clean,very nice rooms&nice pool area.The staff was very nice&friendly.the only thing that was disappointing was that most of our stay,which was 9 nights,the bar/restaurant was not open.that was the main reason I booked at this hotel,very disappointed it wasn’t open all the time

This is a brand new hotel and there is construction on another building right next door. The staff member who checked me in was very unhelpful, was unclear about why my room couldn’t be moved despite being requested, and also told me the hotel did not have any cribs. I was given different reasons than the other member of my party which left a bad taste in my mouth. I was also shocked when I was able to get a pack and play from another staff member , after previously being told they didn’t have anything like a crib. Housekeeping also visually had an issue when asked to come in to empty garbage and swap towels- and that’s all that was done despite it being a day we should have received housekeeping services. This was a very expensive stay to have had such a mediocre and disappointing experience. If there are other hotels available, I wouldn’t stay at this one.

The bathroom was dirty. The toilet had not been wiped down; there was a ring of mold around the inside. The floor in bathroom was also dirty.

The hotel was brand new, very clean and has a great location. It's right off of I-75 and very close to many restaurants and shopping. Very courteous staff.

Nice property with many amenities (free breakfast, bar, outdoor pool/hot tub, exercise room, laundry facilities. Friendly staff.

I usually stay at the Fairfield or Hampton for the past 15 years in sales. This hotel was the best of either i've stayed at - ever. Very new. Fabulous shower. Great breakfast. Upscale location.

The hotel was newly built and immaculate. I was very inpressed with their on site FREE high speed EV car chargers for Tesla and CCS. However the thermostat in my room was stuck at 40 degrees and the front desk lady said that all rooms were accounted for and there was nk management or engineering staff on duty. I was told to just turn off the thermostat but it was cold and rainy . I called the next day and spoke with management whi was only willing to give me 5 points towards my stay which was super inconvenient
