The hotel only focuses on the visual design, but it is flashy and not practical! I felt that I had chosen the right place when I checked in, but I would never stay there again after I stayed there! Hotels should still be people-oriented. There are many inconveniences when staying there. You can only hang 3 or 4 pieces of clothes. There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The hot water is not hot. The drain is higher than the door. The water is stored and flows to the toilet area next to it. There is no place to put any bags or suitcases. They can only be thrown on the ground. There is only one chair in the double room. Alas, if the designer himself lives there, he will probably complain about himself!

This was the most satisfying hotel out of the 11 nights on this trip. Although we didn't get to see the starry sky, I still feel that 'Starry Sky Camp' truly lives up to its name. The sunset in the evening, the faint silhouettes of the mountains, and later, the bright moon – this experience is simply beyond words. In the early morning, lying in bed, watching the sun slowly rise, herds of cattle and horses grazed right past the glass of our Starry Sky Cabin. From the balcony of our Starry Sky Cabin, we could see Sayram Lake just 3 kilometers away. There was no need to rush, so we just relaxed there until noon. The hotel's breakfast was also quite varied and largely satisfied our needs. It's worth mentioning that our self-driving car suddenly had abnormal tire pressure, and the hotel staff skillfully resolved the issue. A heartfelt thank you to all the dedicated hotel staff 🙏

The room was nice and warm when we checked in at night. We could take a shower as soon as we checked in, but the second person might have to wait a while. Saw a beautiful sunset. You can turn on the heater when you go to bed at night, but it will still be a bit cold in the second half of the night.

The room is very clean, the meal is very convenient, the environment is super warm and comfortable, the photo is very good~ the housekeeper is also good, the room is the same as the picture, the decoration style is simple and elegant, the facilities are beautifully arranged, there is a commercial street when you go out, and you sleep well all night. Today, I arrived at Saihu. The weather was a bit bad, but the hotel still surprised me. The service was very good. As soon as our car arrived at the door, the staff helped us with our luggage and checked us in! The luggage was also delivered to the room and we were given a tour of the room! We were also given some fruit that the owner had driven to the hotel. The hotel was very clean and hygienic, and the view outside the window was nice.
