Terrible experience ! We stayed in a 4-people room, decor was worn-out dusty and dirty. Bathroom was dirty, everywhere we touched was full of dust. For a 4-people room, only 2 towels was provided and we have to ask for more from the front desk — bcoz the phone did not work. If you have options, never stay in this hotel.

Pros: 1: Located just right outside of the East Entrance of the lake, less then 5 mins walk. 2. Staff are willing to help you when you need info and assistance Cons: 1. No aircon. But the weather is cool there even in summer. 2. Cleaniness of the room can be improved. 3. Breakfast is average and limited with not much choices

一個枕頭上兩個大洞，毛巾跟飯店刷了幾年鍋的抹布一樣，早上起來洗漱，一點熱水沒有，那熱水器也是壞的，水冰的跟賽里木湖湖水一樣，沒法洗澡忍着洗了個臉就走了，可以算是這十多年住過的最差的酒店了！！！！住的房間明顯是後期有又增建的板房，隔音效果太差了，走廊人走動的聲音，還有隔壁房間人打呼嚕的聲音都清清楚楚。房間沒有空調或者其他供暖設備，衹有一個電熱風機，房間很小，制熱倒是挺快。整體上是一次極差的住店體驗。

國慶期間訂的414，價格在景區裏面是非常實惠的，畢竟當時啥也沒有的毛氈房也是這個價，國慶期間特別冷，1℃左右，還好有酒店舒舒服服睡一覺，還有熱水，獨立衞生間，就是…環境確實很一般，像是酒樓改造的，就是該有的都有。預算有限的還是推薦住，畢竟附近有獨立衞生間的酒店都是大幾百上千。

朋友們寧可開一個點車去温泉縣或者博樂住在賽里木湖四百多很便宜但是環境真的差地面剛進來的時候就是臟的馬桶不説了廁所都不想上床縫裡還有穿過的一次性拖鞋其他房型可能會好點真的不要圖便宜寧可走遠點住的舒服點

洗澡花灑一言難盡，但是離景區真的近，住宿的床衹能説床單還算乾淨，其他的都有些老化，不過價格在附近屬於便宜的了

設施：空間很大比我之前住的太空艙要大還是很舒適的環境：就在大廳還是玻璃房裡有監控，也不會怕人太魚龍混雜，就是不能洗漱但是住在塞湖真的方便很多，預算不夠真的可以考慮
