下午抵達的，星空房被曬的太熱，謝謝老闆幫忙升級到帶獨立衞浴的帳篷，非但可以野營做飯，房間也比想象中的帳篷要寬敞舒服。
唯一的問題是，帳篷本身肯定不隔音不遮光，所以適合睡眠質量好的夥伴，我們衹能偶然嘗試，但是賽里木湖太美，住一晚可以享受到清晨一個人都沒有的湖邊美景還是挺值的

店鋪在東門門口，比較方便，住宿是那種二層小別墅裏面的房間，衞生乾淨，老闆還給送了早餐券，早餐很豐富，住的非常滿意！

設施：首先，預訂的豪華大床房，給分配了一間另外類型的大床房，貨不對板。對此前台沒有任何解釋，我們到了房間才知道。其次，房間裏一股腥臭味，不知道是打掃衞生的身上有味，還是房間根本就沒好好打掃，尤其走上二樓，臭得讓人想吐。
衞生：由於房間裏味道太大，與前台致電，前台説衹能換標間，要不然就不換，愛住不住。
環境：廁所地上和牆邊都是黃色水漬，早餐和旅遊團一起，亂哄哄的，打掃也不及時。
服務：前台幾位女士拽的上天，看着旅行團插隊也不管。其次，由於房間衞生和安全問題，當時一位自稱經理的中年婦女來房間檢查，承認了酒店有問題，承諾可以全款退房，説衹要攜程退款就退給我們。結果攜程客服幫忙溝通了很多次，酒店都説拒不退款，並且在我們吃飯回來之後，直接鎖了房門。
總結來説，性價比極其低，估計長期和旅行社合作，也不在乎散客。房間價格與服務、衞生極不匹配。評分4.1是有原因的。建議其他旅客提早訂房，避雷該酒店。

很不錯，房間視野好，從陽台上可以看到日落，凌晨還有星星，離景區入口也很近，唯一不是很完美的就是洗澡的熱水，等燒的時間稍微有一丟丟長
