I arrived at the hotel quite late, around 1 a.m., and the first room 1903 had a smell when I entered it. My wife is sensitive to smells and she felt nauseous, so she called the front desk to ask if she could change the room. The front desk said yes, and they would give me the same room. Then the robot sent me the 1511 card, but after I swiped the card, I could only go to the fifth floor. I went to the fifth floor and swiped the card but couldn't open room 0511. I thought the front desk might have written the wrong room number, so I went back to the 19th floor. I tried calling 1911 but it couldn't be opened, so I called the front desk again. The front desk had a new person this time, maybe due to a shift change, and I wasn't sure about the situation. They communicated again and said they would send it to me again, but they hung up. My wife thought it was delivered by a robot again, so she called again and asked them to deliver it manually, because the robot might be slower. Finally, I went to room 1511. When I entered, I found that there were heavy stains on the table. The table must not have been wiped at all because it was very new. It was probably left by the previous tenant eating. At this time, I went to check other places and found that there was a hair in the sink. I didn’t want to guess what the hair was. There are also ones on the ground at the door. Because I had been struggling to change rooms for nearly half an hour, it was already too late, so if I didn’t want to bother, just forget it and just sleep when I could. My wife's tone may not have been very good when she called in the early morning, but when I showed these photos to the front desk the next day, my attitude was fine. After all, it was not the front desk's personal fault, but the hotel's. However, the front desk was more Indifferent, unapologetic, and very disappointed with this hotel.

The zero-pressure room has been upgraded and parking is convenient. As soon as we entered the door, we were greeted by a receptionist who helped us carry out the luggage security check. The young man who checked in was very enthusiastic. I couldn't watch the TV, but after some prompting, it turned out that the remote control was out of power. Although it was a little slow, it was still solved, and my attitude was very good. The most noteworthy thing is the rich breakfast, which is very rich and special. A great stay.

Personally, I feel that the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved, but everything else is fine.

The hygienic condition is poor. The table is full of dust. Can the hotel be given a high score? The staff's speaking skills are very important. The room is large and the facilities are very good. After applying for the room card for half an hour, I still can't access the elevator. I just need the supervisor to come and fix it. Hope the front desk service level can be improved.

The bedding is not bad, but there are a few trash cans, not enough paper towels, the sink is not well designed, and water will stay on the counter.
