The facilities are complete and the room size is suitable. It just smells a bit musty when you first enter. It will be fine after opening the window.

One thing to say, the hotel hygiene is acceptable and clean. However, what is more important is the accommodation experience, which is extremely poor. The front desk service attitude is very poor, and the hotel service is even more outrageous. Forget about collecting a deposit. It took more than half an hour to check out in the morning and it couldn't be refunded. I kept waiting for the ward rounds. There was an aunt just a few floors up to check the wards. It was a rush during the peak tourist season. The front desk said nicely that you can leave first and return the same way after paying the deposit to check the room. However, there are basically problems. Sometimes the charging cable is gone, and sometimes the pillow towels and sheets are damaged, and the money will be deducted from the deposit. I also checked the reviews before checking in, and I don't think it is as exaggerated as the reviews said. However, everyone, it is such an outrageous hotel, and my conscience advises to choose carefully.

此次回新疆就為了探親然後看賽里木湖，為了能住的更舒服些沒選擇景區內的酒店而是看完日落後連夜趕到博樂住宿第二天一大早再趕回景區看日出正逢旅遊淡季酒店性價比真的很高一百的房價有美味的早餐可以享用唯一美中不足的是房間地暖太熱了，開着窗户睡着的。下次會還會選擇這家酒店。
