First of all, regarding the safety issue, the hotel opened for business before it was fully renovated. They were too anxious to make money. The smell of the new renovation is very strong, and I wonder if the formaldehyde level exceeds the standard. It will hurt your eyes if you stay there for a long time. Families with children should never stay there. 2. Service issues: Although very enthusiastic, it was messy and disorganized. It was very chaotic when checking in and choosing a room. In the morning, when we got off the elevator, the construction workers pulled a truck of marble and occupied the elevator. In the end, they couldn't find the things they left at the hotel. This shows a disregard for the safety of the personal belongings of the guests. They thought it was not valuable and threw it away. When the guest called and said they couldn't find it, they didn't think it mattered. This is the problem that I cannot tolerate in the end. 3. Photo fraud: There is no view at all, and the window looks out only a ruin. 4. The rooms only focus on the appearance, not the functionality. Saihu Hotel is really expensive. Although everyone only stays for one night, it is really a pity to stay in such a room. Instead of having so many spotlights and doing so much interior decoration, it would be better to focus more on making guests feel comfortable instead of just going for show. - The water flow from the large shower head in the bathroom is very small, and the shower head is designed too low. I am 175cm tall and can only lower my head to wash my hair; the shower door of the newly opened hotel cannot be closed; the water in the shower cannot be drained down, and the water overflows after taking a shower. - The design of the basin and faucet is not reasonable. You can only wash slowly and carefully, otherwise you will get water all over your body. - The soundproofing is not good, the sounds from upstairs, corridor and next door can be heard clearly - There is no air conditioning control panel in the room, and the air conditioning temperature cannot be adjusted. It is really hot.

To be honest, the hotel facilities are very good, but the breakfast is very poor. I don't know who designed the TV wall in the room. It's so ugly. When the sliding doors on both sides are closed, the TV is completely blocked. When you open it, you have to walk sideways from the living room to the bedroom; when you insert the room card, the curtains will automatically close. When you calm down, the toilet suddenly says: Welcome to use the Xiaoai toilet. For these problems, I suggest the boss to bring the management team to experience it in person. It cost so much money to repair it, don't be fooled by the contractor like this. I especially praise Manager Ai and Zhang Ning at the front desk. They are very enthusiastic to guests and try their best to solve these small problems of inadequate facilities.

The hotel decoration is quite nice, with a sense of design, and it can be seen that a lot of thought has been put into the design. But the actual experience is a bit good-looking but not practical. There is a house under construction outside the room window, the view is not very good, and it is noisy. It is very noisy when the construction starts early in the morning. The sound insulation is not good either. I heard other people talking at the door early in the morning. The room has no air conditioning, but floor heating. It is very dry. Even with a humidifier, it is still very dry, hot and dry. I got up several times to drink water at night, but my mouth is still dry. It should have been renovated not long ago, and it is a bit dazzling.

The hotel room is marked as 35-40 square meters, but the actual area is about 25-27 square meters. There is no view of Sailimu Lake. The hotel is designed in a resort style. But the design of the room is bad. There is no place to put luggage, and the suitcase can only be placed on the floor. There are many hanging rods, which makes it difficult to ensure the cleanliness of the fruit stems. The twin room only has a small bedside table between the two beds. The toilet room has a partial glass brick wall facing the head of the bed. Turning on the light when going to the bathroom at night will cause great interference. The row of control switches at the head of the bed is very bright at night, which interferes with sleep. The door gap is large and cannot isolate noise and light. The hotel's breakfast is very good, and the auntie at the noodle stall also provides good service.
