When I went to check in, someone at the front desk said that the smell of formaldehyde gave me a headache and eye pain! ! Check out the dispute! We asked to take a look at the room first. It was extremely cold and the door lock was broken. When we opened the room, there was a musty smell plus a strong decoration smell! After looking at several rooms, I couldn’t bear to communicate and check out! No refund! And it’s wrong to find the navigation particularly hard! After coming out from Sailimu Lake, I searched for an hour until midnight! I called the hotel several times but couldn't get through! Finally, I contacted the location sent but still couldn’t navigate! Later, I found the hotel after meeting a kind person who gave me directions! It turned out to be a long way to go on a dirt road! ! The car was covered in plaster! Fortunately, we drove by ourselves, otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to go! In the end, I really couldn’t go back to the other hotel I found in the middle of the night to stay at😭😭😭

Later, after getting a signal, I contacted the hotel. I went through a very remote gravel road and turned at a place with no lights at all. I passed a piece of grass and arrived at this place. What was very wrong was that I thought I was in the scenic spot and bought a ticket. It turns out that road is extremely close to the scenic spot. There is no need to buy an extra day ticket in the middle of the night. In fact, it is super unfair and it costs more money. When we arrived at the front desk, we were horrified and we had two kids. We originally booked room 998, but they upgraded us to a starry sky room. The guys at the front desk were very nice. It was so cold when we arrived at the end of August! It's worth it when you wake up the next day and open the curtains. Facilities: air conditioning, floor heating, separate bathroom, toothbrush and toothpaste, towels, hot water, and complete electricity. It is still very good in this wilderness.
