賽里木湖很美，但這個酒店嚴重拉低了到賽里木湖的好感，除了前台小姐姐外，基本沒有服務，你敢相信這是一千五百多一晚的酒店。很少給到酒店差評的 ，九點多去到早餐廳，基本衹有幾個素菜加不多的肉菜，雞蛋衹有水煮蛋一種，而且餐桌沒有餐巾紙，就餐的桌上沒有，相鄰桌也沒有。房間説是有35平米，是連窗外的風景也算進去了嗎，公攤佔比可以這麼高嗎。開個發票也無比艱難，反覆跟你説“發票訊息和付款截圖發一下”，關鍵是我發過了呀，為什麼要我再發呢，再發呢……

艾迪娜小姐姐太可愛啦，服務態度也很好。不管什麼時候對別人都是微笑保持 很愉快的一次住宿 開心🥳（這邊到賽里木湖也很近，就兩三那公里）

整體水平較差 辦理入住是前台混亂 我是預訂了2天 衹給了一天的餐票 後續第二天還有人敲門問要不要續住還是退房 小樓是3層的沒有電梯 説是有行李員幫忙拿行李 但是態度極其敷衍 入住的時候衹幫忙拿了一個行李 退房也衹拿了一個行李 更過分的是拿下樓丟在樓門口人就走了 沒有幫忙麻煩拿上車 甚至招呼都沒打人就走了 餐廳像是一個沒有裝修完的房子 就餐也很混亂 進門找不到服務員也人管 吃完的盤子也沒人收 我是住了兩天第二天也沒人來打掃衞生 甚至一次性用品以及水都沒有補充 作為一個不算便宜的酒店 顯得非常不專業 管理和人員培訓都很不到位 非常草台班子

今年來解鎖新店，房間很舒服，設施算完善，離賽里木湖也近，很晚才入住前台小哥和艾迪娜很細心。房間的窗户能看到一點賽湖不錯👍🏻

天黑以後辦入住無工作人員引導，找不到入住房間樓棟，下着小雨好不容易找到地方又發現無電梯需要拎行李箱爬樓，最不滿意的就是洗澡，燒一次水僅供男士快速洗澡，後面再有人洗澡要間隔半個小時，洗澡這個情況還不如第二天住景區內的民宿，五一假期體驗最差的一家店。
