After I came back from playing in Sailimu Lake in the afternoon, I was about to take a shower, so I called the front desk to get two more disposable bath towels. A girl answered the phone at the front desk, and the girl said that their disposable bath towels are calculated based on the cost, and they only have one per person per day, so they wouldn't give us any. We were shocked at the time. I spent more than a thousand yuan to stay in a hotel here for two days. Does a disposable bath towel cost 10 yuan? That disposable bath towel looked as big as several of my face towels, which was really funny. I can only say that the layout was too small. Next time I might as well pay extra money to stay inside the scenic area. I couldn't praise the service provided by the girl at the front desk. Then we checked out in the morning, we handed in our card and said we had checked out at 10 o'clock. We had already taken a two-hour drive to Yining and were ready to check in to another hotel. The hotel in Yining told me that my room in Saihu had not been checked out yet. I called once and the girl at the front desk answered and said that I would be notified of the refund immediately. Then I said wait a little longer. About ten minutes later, the Yining hotel still told me that it had not been checked out. I called the Saihu front desk again and urged her to refund me. I wondered if I didn't urge her, she would not plan to refund me, right? I really can't praise the experience 😮💨
