Very nice discovery. Very pleasant and attentive staff. Ideally located equidistant from the main attractions of the island (Chocolate Hills, Loboc river, Tarsier Sanctuary, etc.). Please note that there is only one common toilet block and no water point or WC in the tents (very spacious).
The only regrettable point is the absence of a real restaurant nearby. You have to go by scooter (rental recommended) to the small town center where you can find a few sellers of skewers that are not always appetizing. On this point, please note that it is possible to request a barbecue with meat and vegetables from the establishment staff. A restaurant should soon open on the premises.
Many thanks to Ray, the boss, for driving us to our ferry pier.
We will keep very good memories of our stay :)

Since I arrived early in the morning, I booked a cheap room for a short stay.
The room was very spacious, the floor height was high, and there was a wide window, so it wasn't stuffy, which was nice.
As soon as I arrived, I was changing clothes and a large bug came out next to the bed, and there were many small black bugs on the white bed cover and blanket...
Still, it was cleaner than I thought!
I went to eat breakfast in the morning, but I was a little embarrassed when they brought out a pre-made plate.
This seems like a good deal for this amount.

I stayed there 5 days. They only serve breakfast, but with real brewed coffee and real Milk (no cream powder). The staff and the service are excellent. You ask for something and they almost run. They are always very happy to serve you and accomodate you in any request you have. They deserve 5 stars, but I gave 4 for the following reason : One day, as I was sitting quietly and reasing, 4 young guys around 18 years old came in and sit not too far from me. They were talking lound and using the wifi. I asked them if they had a room here and they said no. So I asked them to leave, but I had to ask them 3 times before they finally left. The manager was not there. There was only the maintenance man and 1 lady busy cleaning the rooms. THIS SHOULD NEVER BE TOLERATED. I hope future guest wont have to live that. Besides this non necessary event during my 5 days stay, I do recommend this hotel because everything else was more than perfect.

Positive side:
The hotel is close to the Alona beach via the second hotel of the same brand. You can access to sunbed of the second hotel but not of the beach pool. Room was clean. Breakfast was good.
Improvement side:
The noise isolation is low but remains acceptable. Buffet quality could be improved despite of a large range of food. For the same price, we think that we can discover others restaurants in the area. Next time.

Henann Resort lives up to its name. When renting a Villa, you are VIP so you truly get to feel superior thanks to the kind and accommodating staff. You get access to amenities that only Suites/Villas can. We rented one night only but will definitely book longer next time.

I had an early morning flight, so I stayed here to rest for a while, but I was embarrassed because the electrical cord didn't work properly. There were many winged insects that looked like ants.
I have no intention of visiting again and the massage place in front of the accommodation is very good.

Great customer service both at front desk and in emails. Every staff we encountered in the resort was friendly. The 2 guides during our private river tour going to the falls were amazing and did a great job. Good selections on breakfast buffet. The price of the room is very reasonable without experiencing below: Room # 36 is next to the public road so you can hear loud motorbikes/tricycles. There was a loud snoring all night. Can’t tell what it was, and we were there for 4 nights. When someone walks on the next door cottage, we can hear the loud noise of the floor movements at night. There was also an unknown creature running on top of the roof at night… I’m guessing a monkey, but we were not brave to go out and investigate. The towels also smelled mold. We asked for new ones but got the same smell. We didn’t bring up the smell because we knew the staff work hard. It also smell mold at the reception area. Overall, good location if your room is far opposite of room 36.

The location is quiet, there are 2 swimming pools, super large swimming pools, and there is direct access to the pool room. The food is good, Sichuan cuisine, Filipino cuisine, rib soup ok. The bed in the room is particularly comfortable. Overall it is a cost-effective hotel.

If you have to spend a night in Jagna (if the ferry to Camiguin is cancelled for example) then this place is a Very nice option. The buildings are a bit old so don't expect a super modern facility but the rooms are clean and spacious. The garden is nice and the staff friendly. You can also have breakfast if you want to. If you are no a pet person than this is definitely not a place for you. They have a lot of cats and dogs here. Don't worry they're super friendly. If you are into diving they offer this service.

GGuest UserWhat a gem in Panglao!! 💎 A family owned boutique hotel that feels like a cozy home stay. Peaceful, artsy, clean and neat, with a very reliable wifi connection. They even serve the Yardstick coffee (for all the coffee lovers out there, this is your place). Although the owners and the staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make your stay memorable (love you all guys ❤️), the best part is the 4 little dogs that just brighten up your day every time you pass by. The pool was also clean and well maintained, and the omelette they serve for breakfast is rich with condiments and tasty! The hotel also rents out their own motorbikes which are all in a really good condition (unlike many of those you rent in random shops or in the street). Oh, and yeah, if you read in reviews that they have really high quality bed mattresses - I am attesting to that. Unless you put your alarm on, you won’t wake up. It’s that good! If you are not a fan of big hotel chains that treat you just like a number, then look no further. Thanks for having us guys and really hope to be back soon!!

The location of the hotel is very quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle of Alona Beach. It is a little inconvenient if you want to go diving in the sea every day. Although there is a shuttle bus, the time in the morning and night is not suitable, so its usefulness is limited.
It is more suitable for family leisure travel. You can rent a motorcycle directly from the hotel. If you have a motorcycle, the distance is not a problem.
Serve:
The service was very nice. We arrived early on the first day and couldn't check in yet. The front desk was very considerate and brought us coffee and breakfast sandwiches.
You can reserve the time and dishes for breakfast in advance, which is more convenient for us who are in a hurry to go out in the morning. There are Filipino, American, and Chinese options to choose from. The Chinese style includes dumplings, fried dumplings, and Demae Yiding. The seasoning of the fried dumplings is quite good. good

GGuest UserThis is a homestay, near the pier to the sea, walk in, there are 7-11 and McDonald's, the location can also be cleaned every day, but there is no toothbrush, you have to prepare this yourself, there is a public swimming pool, the environment is OK Breakfast is okay, it ’s calculated by head. I do n’t know if I can order one more. I was in a hurry to catch the boat and leave. Overall, the price is good, but I live on the first floor. There are a lot of mosquitoes!

* The service was great, always welcome you with a smile and greeting.
* location- although it takes 15 mins to Alona beach , it was not bad or we didn’t feel a burden from it.
* soft towels , pillow, soft duvet, soft toilet paper - really good.
Now for the bad parts:
The hotel has a lot of potential to be great. But unfortunately it doesn’t do much to be like that.
* breakfast - the worst I’ve ever had. No western selection, no omelette, no cappuccino.
* pool - is great when it’s clean. Unfortunately it wasn’t clean and we complained about it and they cleaned it a day after but still , it must be maintain.
* the AC remote function is only in Chinese , don’t understand that point at all. Why it’s not in English? No user friendly.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and overall, my experience was a blend of positives and areas for improvement.
Firstly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made for a pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist and made me feel welcomed.
However, it's worth noting that the lack of an elevator could be a challenge for some guests, especially those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. While the staff are willing to help with bags, I would advise against bringing too much or heavy luggage to avoid inconvenience.
The option for transportation from the hotel to the pier port (Panglao to Tagbilaran) at a reasonable cost of 800 pesos was convenient and appreciated. It saved me the hassle of arranging transport myself.
In terms of room amenities, the absence of a cabinet was a bit inconvenient, and having only one bedside drawer limited storage space. Additionally, encountering an air conditioning remote in Chinese was unexpected. While a translator app or assistance from the front desk resolved this issue, it could be an inconvenience for guests not familiar with such technology.
On the bright side, the cleanliness and softness of the sheets enhanced the comfort of the stay. However, some corners of the shower could use more attention in terms of cleanliness.
The place was overall quiet in terms of other in-house guests, but at certain times in the morning, it can get a bit noisy from the neighbor's dogs, which woke me up. Understandably, it's out of the hotel's control. While there were aspects of my stay that I enjoyed, such as the friendly staff and comfortable bedding, there are areas where improvements could enhance the overall guest experience, particularly in terms of room amenities and cleanliness.
Overall, the room price for the stay was reasonable and offered good value, complementing the overall experience. Would definitely recommend this place and rebook for future trips.

GGuest UserOkay.. definitely there is a shore but it's not something you can go to and walk around.. cliffs and rocks. Now onto the rooms . The aircon is a nightmare and noisy.. it shakes up the whole room . It old and needs to be changed. Leaving food outside is a disaster with the attack from ants. The rooms are fine aside those. Breakfast is not so waking up for .. heavy breakfast though others might like it. It's not far from the main town. I stayed in the room and heard the poolside rooms are spacious and Aircon better but the price is crazy high. Staff as always are helpful, friendly and nice.

GGuest UserWe booked a superior deluxe room, after the room allocation we found that the bathroom smelled unbearably. After upgrading to a deluxe room, this problem went away. We then paid an additional 600 pesos per day for the upgrade. The whole hotel is more suitable for locals, big renovation backlog. When taking a shower, the water ran onto the bathroom floor and remained there as a large puddle, since the drain was higher than floor level. When using the toilet, the legs were then in the puddle. A bath mat was missing. There were no pool towels, no cups and only one glass. Kettle was available. Breakfast was a fried egg, a cup of rice, a slice of questionable ham and some fruit. Or a fried egg, two slices of toast, some jam and butter, a slice of questionable ham and some fruit. You could get coffee and drinks yourself. The pool was good and is attractively designed. The beach is beautiful and is cleaned by the staff.
The WLAN access written at the reception only worked there, not in the rooms and not in the restaurant. On the last day shortly before departure we found out about a different WLAN connection. This worked in the restaurant and at the pool but not in the room.
