Ramede Resort

The location is remote, you must take a car to go out, the hotel is generally the same, but the room has a small balcony plus points, the pool is full of beautiful, there will be planes passing by, the sound is quite loud, the same price can find a better hotel.

This was a good location hotel though the pathways to this hotel are not ideal on a motorbike especially when you are at night watch for the stray dogs. The hotel was clean vibrant though the dusting needs to be looked at we where harrased allot by reception staff on our stay phone calls to check out at 11.45am when check out was 12pm. Put some wet swimware on the balcony to dry and had a phone call at 8am to remove our clothes. My partner speaks the local language and we had an interesting breakfast time listening to the staff ***** and complaining about the guests. Maybe they should be careful as we knew what was being said lots of staff stood around not working. The manager on duty was kind and helpful but the stay was not perfect it was quite expensive for what we got next year will hopefully stay at the grand
Henann Resort Alona Beach

The resort is very good overall. However there's a few niggles. Check in took way too long. 2 people serving? When you have a long queue in the heat of the lobby this isn't a great first impression. The lobby on arrival was so busy. When I've checked into other hotels I've usually been impressed with the smoothness of check in. This wasn't a pleasant experience or environment especially if you're traveling with children. We couldn't get a massage. We wanted to confirm the time the next day and they wouldn't give us this option.? The lift? One lift in the main area? For a resort this big and expensive they should have more lifts The stairs at the pool are stony. This will really hurt your feet when you're not expecting it The breakfast is good for Filipinos however for Westerners like myself there should be more choice. Not just bread and egg. The beach is small. You get hassled by people trying to sell you stuff. Protect your belongings. Doesn't feel safe, look out for algae in the water. Not pleasant to swim through. The resort restaurants are very expensive. The lobby isn't air conditioned? Why not make it a pleasure to be in the lobby and serve coffee to guests? Not everyone wants ice tea. We were told to pay 6000php on arrival which luckily we had but we didn't know about this deposit for incidentals ahead of time. The positives are. They gave us umbrellas when we walked outside for the shade. The shower in our room was excellent. The warm water in the pool. And swimming till late is lovely. The staff are very good and attentive and professional. They served us with care and attention and nothing was too much trouble. I got looked after by the nurse at 10pm.

The boss is two middle-aged women, they are very enthusiastic, and the garden is amazing! Maybe the room I booked was cheaper, the bed linen was old, and when I entered the bed, a mouse poop was lying on a yellow urine stain. There was no air conditioning, and the door could not be locked when I went out. I could only sleep. Locked up, there are good poultry and many dogs around. The rooster can’t tell the morning and night. It crowed 24 hours a day. The dog screamed like a wolf at night, and at night it also barked like a worm. In short, I heard it when I was a child 20 years ago. The voice in my hometown, I was too tired to take pictures on the first day in the Philippines

Beautiful resort on the shores of the magical island of Cabilao. Exceptional stay in a luxurious bungalow overlooking the sea. Great hospitality from Mr. Joachim and his family. Kind and caring staff! Beautiful diving spots, thanks to Antoni. Whoever comes here will definitely come back again... Slavena and Trifon
Panglao Regents Park Resort

When we first got there, we were placed in two rooms that were right next to the road which woke me up several times in the middle of the night. I requested for different rooms and thankfully moved to rooms that were much quieter. I really appreciate the lady who works during the day time. She listened to my requests and quickly took actions to solve the problems. Btw, the photo shows one of the lanterns in the first given room. Try to avoid the rooms next to the road.
