Save your money and protect your safety by staying away from this hotel. I’m a journalist, and I am always traveling, and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It’s definitely not a four-star hotel, as the amenities, customer service and facilities do not meet the criteria of a four-star hotel. While I stayed at this place, people would go into my room while I was out, and they moved things around, removed things and would open the windows. I would come back and find my personal belongings in different places, missing pillows, open windows…on top of that the WiFi signal is weak, so it falls a lot and doesn’t work very well, so as a journalist, it was hard to connect and do my work consistently through the day. I would have to leave the hotel or get off the Wifi. The buffet has very few options - some old, stale sliced breads, fruits and some carton tangerine juice, coffee or milk, the chocolate is cold and tastes terrible. The man serving me the first morning I was at the hotel was chatting via voice notes with someone over the phone telling them how “delicious” they looked and making inappropriate remarks, which just seemed very out of place, especially since I could hear him. The most scandalous part for me, was the bathroom of the King sized room I paid for. It looked like the bathrooms I’ve seen at 2-star motels, with a (see photos attached) broken hair dryer that has seemingly never been changed or upgraded. Also, cracks on the walls and just two big bottles of body wash and shampoo for everyone to use - but no brand in sight, so it was commercially cheap product as well. The towels were rock hard and stiff. They felt like sandpaper on the skin. When I brought all of this up to the owner, he said, “If you don’t like it, then leave.” So I left the hotel, at 8:30pm on a Monday, with a face full of bandages, as I had had surgery on my face the week before, and was still a few days post-surgery, recovering. This hotel is not something I recommend, and I suggest you save your money and the possibility of any of these disrespectful and invasive things happening to you, if you choose to stay there.

Modern hotel in good part of the city, although no restaurants within easy walking distance, but eating in the hotel restaurant was no problem with tasty food and good service although prices are higher when compared to restaurants elsewhere in the city. Spacious room, well designed , mini bar , safe, desk ,sofa, everything you want except control of the room temperature. We spent most of the time feeling cold in the room with no way to heat it (outside temp dropped to around 7-8C). Beds are very , very firm which is not ideal for anyone. Room pricing is very reasonable and represents good value. Caution with the breakfast buffet - our room was B&B, so we helped ourselves to the buffet only to be confronted with the manager half through our meal telling us that we had only paid for the basic breakfast and therefore needed to pay an extra 56,000pesos per person - the buffet was adequate but falls well below the offerings of 4 star hotels elsewhere. I did find pricing somewhere on the website that confirmed that full breakfast was 56k pp but I never managed to convince the manager that we should only pay the difference between basic breakfast and full breakfast , I felt cheated. One female member of staff on the front desk was very helpful and understanding and spoke good English and tried hard to help, but by this point we had decided not to use the buffet and buy food at local coffee shops close to the hotel. Our travel agent was to blame for only paying for basic breakfast but this was not explained upon check in nor were we told what we could eat without being fined. The good news was at check out when our 2 breakfasts we didn't attend were refunded giving us back approx 75K per day for 2 people, thus proving my point that we should have only paid the difference between 75K and 112K for 2 people to upgrade. Check what type of breakfast you are entitled to and there will be no problems, change the mattresses for something softer and actually plug the thermostat in the rooms into the heating/cooling system and this hotel would easily score 100%

Great hotel, did not try the spa facilities as they closed at 9pm. Food on site was excellent. Staff friendly and most bi-lingual. The rooms do have sound proofing but I would suggest trying to get a high floor. Easy parking - overall would recommend

I arrive at the hotel and they told me that they cant give me my room and don't give any reason they pretend to move to an other hotel just one of my five nights so I have to do double checking and check and the come back to this hotel, after arguing them they give me a room that have 2 beds for my wife and me, if you are going to travel Bogotá select any other hotel.

Brian and Edison were a great help and made the check in and check out easy for me. When I wanted to eat late after hours, Brian went out of his way to bring food from an outside restaurant. Then, in the morning, they helped with finding a ride to the airport as well. The hotel itself was beautiful. Amazing room. Lovely tub with jets and a beautiful layout. I will stay here again soon!!

This was a more than solid hotel in many ways. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable with an ultra modern bathroom. The building was attractive and in a good location. The breakfast was fantastic! The staff was extremely helpful as well. Only cons were some of the floor boards in the halls and doors showed signs of wear and they will need updating. The other con is the reservation thing to use any of the facility such as pool and gym. This is just silly and inconvenient to the guest. It’s pure theater. Overall, i highly recommend.
