This is my second time on this place , like on my first time great experience, friendly staff and good location, I will definitely return on a future trip to this nice city .

Absolutely excellent staff, we stayed in a terrace suite which was beautiful with wonderful views. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel's best assets are it's staff who are polite, attentive and professional throughout. However the building itself is drab and basic. The room I was in had a large comfy bed, a table and two chairs, a TV and a desk, that's it (plus an empty fridge). No kettle, no bottled water, no tea/coffee facilities, no iron etc. The bathroom was plain and lacked toiletries (gel in a dispenser) Daily room service was decent however (again, staff are great).
Communal areas similarly sp****. Breakfast wasn't bad, not a choice, but fairly basic, again, excellent service from staff.
Overall, not bad, just not good either. The owners need to brighten the place up and equip the rooms out a little more. (Rooms without tea/coffee facilities belong in the 1970s!)

Staff here was incredible! Despite the language gap, they really worked hard to do what they could. The ones that did speak English, were very helpful as well. I had a small issue unrelated to my stay, and the desk people made it their own problem, and did not give up until resolved. The main waiter in the restaurant was fantastic as well. Rooms BIG and very nice. From the minute i first walked in, until I left, absolutey no complaints. Nothing more I could have asked for except maybe an Ice Machine
