I was at this location 2 years ago when it was Grand Fiesta Americana. The dinner restaurant menu and quality were excellent. As Hilton the quality of food at the restaurants has definitely gone DOWN from a 8 to 5. The night entertainment is very bad. They need to do some more fun pool activities and night shows. There is nothing to do at night after dinner. I would recommend working on better menu options, quality of food and entertainment. The Mexican restaurant has mainly American food. The Italian restaurant has very limited options and the food is not good at all. I couldn't even eat my Italian food. But the location, service and view of the hotel is excellent. I hate writing negative reviews but this is an honest review. Thank you!

Excellent hotel, clean, staffs friendly have free show every night at 9 pm but I don't enjoy the variety because only local stay , the beach not clear water dirty and on the beach I want to relax, enjoy the sun to get tan local come by to sale stuffs so annoying. The environment is very good, the airport is coming soon, and the facilities for the children to play are a pirate ship. The taste of the food is not bad. Japanese meal French meal needs to be booked one day in advance and only dinner is open. Can't live for three days! The facilities in the hotel room are slightly older. Later, I changed a little five-star hotel on the mountain, and you know that the original hotel is justified, even the color of the sea is different. Many families in this hotel come here. There is a free show at 9:00 pm... It’s boring to see it.
